@@SOSfixElectronics so I tried connect it to the Ethernet cable. Nothing is happening. On the display bar, the “repeat” icon keeps flashing. Not sure if it means anything. But I can’t reject the disk tray, only thing works is the volume.
Hi sir from Lebanon. I have the Sony e6100 & I have this hello issue. My system keeps stuck on hello then nothing works besides no video signal & the white color led keeps blinking. The remote becomes useless as well as all the bottons on the dvd. No one in my country could fix it. What is exactly the solution & would you please provide me with the number of the ac which may be the reason of this problem in my e6100?
Sorry i dunno what exactly the issue. But try to flash the eeprom with right software. Connect the device to the internet by cable and let it di the update. You may need to look on sony site how to force the system for the update. Good luck

Hello, i have the e2100 and it seems that the optical port doesn't work! Do you have an idea about it?
there is a option in the menu to turns on off the optical port, try to reset the tv, update the firmware, change the main board

1st try hard reset and software update by usb
