Awesome video Shanil. A shot I would add to this list is the "backpack" shot. If you put the selfie-stick in your bag it gives you a neat overhead perspective and avoids the awkward stiff-arm look of handheld selfie-stick shots.
I have a GoPro 7 black and the insta360 one X. I'll be going to Hawaii next week and I'm excited and nervous in hopes that I get great footage so I can make awesome edits like yours.

Anyways, I'm a new user with the insta360 and so far it's so much better user experience than with the GoPro Fusion, which is my old 360 camera. The GoPro needs to make better software for 360 users for sure.
1:45 If while you jump you swing the camera down close to the ground, I think the effect will be even more dramatic. (but be careful not to smash the camera)

Any pointers on how I can use the camera for more creative tours of properties and/or city tours? Thanks so much...new sub!
