If you're referring to the video I think you are... it wasn't not knowing how to counter, it was not knowing how to block. Which feels like something you should probably know before you go online. Also I would not call the gameplay in that video tryharding, but to each their own I suppose.
@Keith Pillsbury blocking. In that video after every zio she's in endlag, if he blocks, he has time to push forward, jump in, whatever. He doesn't block, so he gets shot back over and over again. The only time he manages to make some ground was with an invulnerable attack, which had its own endlag and therefore didn't create enough of an opening to avoid the next zio, except perhaps by blocking. He also probably could've used jumps and air dashes to go over the zio but if you're not able to block, you're probably going in with the plan of 'mash auto combo' and the game is over before it starts.
@Keith Pillsbury It is very helpful, because unlike zio, you can hold block and wait for an option. If you know the end lag for zio, you can be completely safe as you approach. Cruel and heartbreaking? Seems dramatic to me. How invested can you be in the game if you didn't learn one of the basic functions? Frustrating, sure. But ultimately whose fault is it? Is it cruel and heartbreaking when a chess player beats someone who doesn't play the game or know how the pieces move? It's not exactly fair, but then why would you challenge someone who knows how to play? Same applies to online mode. Maybe it hurts your feelings, but at the end of the day the solution is learn to deal with the matchup or don't play the game.

I don't think I'm gonna change your mind on this matter, so I'm gonna stop trying. You can't have an argument if people aren't willing to have their minds changed.
It only makes sense to have at least one Persona Velvet Room member representing Persona in the crossover and Elizabeth is probably the most story relevant and prominent right now. Hope she comes out
Hmm, she can use a super to sacrifice her health to reach awakening mode (35% health) so she can get the extra meter any time she wants and her persona's specials also changes in properties a bit when in awakening. The super that's on the ground is an instant kill move but you'll have to keep the combo going long enough for it to activate. The purple gas during the combo is poison.
@@personaentertainment how do you awaken? Ik i’m like five years late but i got the game since it got ported and i dont know how to manually awaken i just do it accidentally
@@electro806 when your health bar turns yellow you awaken. Like elizabeth sacrifices her health to go into awakened. Shadow mode chars can't awaken though.
