That judge didn't make a mistake, he was clearly biased. He should be disbarred.
This whole CASE is about them using young thugs lyrics or music against him... This is something in the music industry that are most singers or hip-hop rappers whatever you call it is all fiction... The freedom of speech ... There's no evidence of certain things that happened that prosecutors have evidence of but only to use the lyrics against them... This will take a blow to the whole music industry.. If someone gets prosecuted over lyrics... And music its all fiction... If they had enough evidence this case would have been over already but nobody said nothing about anything so there's no proof of anyone doing anything unless they have evidence

It’s amazing how this report completely left out the judge held that lawyer in contempt sentenced him to 10 weekends of jail time for not telling him how he found out about the meeting. Like that wasn’t a big deal or anything.
@@mobilelegendspublicenemyxo4315 you're right. Only thing I would give pushback on is all music being fiction. Some of those stories in music across genres really happened. That being said, I never heard of the lyrics of a Country Song being used as evidence to bring charges against an artist before.

No proof of anything.... What lots people don't understand is the prosecutor are trying to use his lyrics from his music to put them away... This is !more than just young thug its the whole music industry... Nobody never got put away from making !music... Making songs and music having the freedom of speech through music doesn't make someone bad most artists make music and its all fiction meaning its fake. If someone gets put away for lyrics or music it might be the end of freedom... Prosecutor don't have no type of evidence of anything but just to use young thugs lyrics against them.. I am going to start by saying , i am not a lawyer but the actions of a judge privately pressuring witnesses or people to testify is beyond me. Then he held young thugs lawyer in contempt for bring the information to the fore front. I think the lawyer may have a case against the judge himself.Then the removal of the judge should have been grounds for a mistrial at least. This is craziness. They have had these men incarcerated for over a year now, maybe 2 years which seems longer to those who are incarcerated. This whole trial has been messy. If this is the justice system we are afforded, something has to be changed as soon as possible. Whether there is a retrial or not please let these men go home to their families until they figure it out. Home monitoring or something. This is too messy.
You are dumb this is all propaganda...the ex parte was called between Woody and his attorney to make sure he understands the ramifications of his contempt charge...by LAW the defense doesnt have to be there because it has NOTHING to do with them, the case or their clients...the defense were making a fuss because THEY pressured Mr Copeland to plead the 5th and go to jail in case where he was facing NO CHARGED NO JAIL TIME and had Immunity just to help YOUNG THUG....
They are making accusation that the state "coerced" Woody to testify when he had already said TWICE that he WOULD testify..before the DEFENSE pressured him to plead the 5th!!
