    Hi Marvin,
    Once we find the suppliers, how can we find the products to sell?
    What is the method for product research for wholesale model?
    Do you have any video. If yes kindly share the link.

      @MarvinTV1  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You'll want to get a wholesale list scanner as well as manually going through a suppliers inventory. I'll attach a link below for a tutorial on the software I use and recommend.

    If a product says "Sold by amazon" is it okay to compete with Amazon. Or I should find a product that Amazon doesn't sell. Most of the big brands say "sold by amazon" thats why I ask.

    • @MarvinTV1
      @MarvinTV1  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It depends on the product, If amazon shares the buy box then yes it is fine to jump onto it. If amazon dominates the buy box then you should stay away. Check out my recent Keepa video I talk about how to figure this out in a lot of detail.

    • @unbornG4
      @unbornG4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should avoid products that only have 1 seller. Those are usually Private Label products which means the brand owner can sell it exclusively and only approved sellers. If you try and sell someone's Private Label Product your account will get flagged or potentially suspended.

    What do you think is the best way to hunt products, looking for products first and then contacting the brand or distributer for approval or directly contacting the brand) distributors for product list and then searching for winning products there?

    • @MarvinTV1
      @MarvinTV1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends, for me, if i'm looking for a brand to work with, I will start by looking for the product then contacting the brand. If i'm looking for distributors, then I need to find them first and then look at the inventory they offer.

      Here’s my question about products…. Say there’s a company or brand that currently sells on Amazon for 60$ a unit. If this company sells 2k units a month what’s the angle that they would want you to become a wholesaler and sell on the same platform.
      Example: china makes Nikes for 20$ a pair. They sell in the US for 100$. Profit of 80$ per pair. (Why if I was Nike allow you to be a wholesaler who get the shoe from me for 50$ to sell on the same platform as me? (Amazon)
      Nike prolly isn’t the best analogy
      My wife is an influencer on TH-cam with over 50k followers and often times asked to review products. I was telling her she should ask about not only doing these reviews but see if there’s wholesale options that we could do on Amazon. I guess I always think about the negative over the positive which I think helps with the vision of things.

    • @MarvinTV1
      @MarvinTV1  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Lou-oy2xd good question. Short answer, sometimes you'll run into a brand that realistically doesn't need your help, so you'd continue looking for another one, unless you can identify a pain point.

    Hi Marvin, I have reached out to many suppliers, but a lot of them don't have inventory lists. Some have inventory lists, but they don't include the UPC codes for the products. How can I efficiently find suppliers with inventory lists that include UPC codes? Is inquiring one by one the only way?

    • @MarvinTV1
      @MarvinTV1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would view those that you've found as great opportunities that most people will just look past because they don't want to do manual sourcing. Look through those lists manually and you'll probably find some gems.

    Can PL actually make money on Amazon? I have an item and I've been working with some excel sheet (jungle scout) to see what kind of profits I can make and unless I am entering the data wrong, I won't be making anything. What's the point? Maybe I should try wholesale? IDK but I am getting bummed about this PL venture that I started.

    • @MarvinTV1
      @MarvinTV1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can make money with PL but the learning curve is way steeper and way harder to actually make successful. You also have to learn how to market, get professional photos, worry about overseas shipping, ppc advertising, creating a listing, SEO, and in the end it is just an educated guess. With wholesale you're just jumping onto existing listings and finding inventory.

    Hello marvin sir,
    first of all thanks a lot cause of you're the one, who always care of the viewers comments i havye ever seen.
    My question is ,I found some products on amazon which is profitable as your keepa searching criteria. But the problem is i have search many times to get distributor for them those products, Finally i got some of wholesaler of those products, But the problem when i calculate there wholesale price into the amz revenue calculator then i saw there is doesn't make me profit all of the products make me loss like $1.800 $ 2 like this. I want know why it is and what is the solution of this. Please tell me

    • @MarvinTV1

    • @MarvinTV1

      Absolutely not. Your VA will only be as good as you train them and if you’re brand new you won’t have the expertise to teach them. Take a few weeks to master supplier research and that can be quickly outsourced but outsourcing other things will take longer.
