I still go through this with kickflips from time to time. What I’ve realized is two things that might also help you out: 1- your body will follow your head, or where you’re leaning…you’re heavy over the toes so a clean land is tough. To correct this, I always tell myself to tuck my chin to see the board, rather than bending at the center of my back, creating that hunched look…some skaters pull this off like P-rod…but if you consider a skater like Chris Cole, this is probably a better style for improving kickflips..if that analogy makes sense. 2- I’m always thinking “stay in the backseat with kickflips…leaning back will help the board flip in front of you more to promote that nice back foot catch everyone wants. Just in case that helps, keep up the great work man.
Agree with all dude 👊 for me it really seems to be a lack of jump and new shoes… I’ve a set of vans zhabas and they’re made out the strangest material. Flick is so inconsistent. I went down a size in deck after this. Now on a 8inch
Tough! Sure you know it better, but aside from those kickflips I only saw moves smoothly done. Ok, we're on different skill levels but still. My last one wasn't the best sesh also for me but I blame mainly the surface (wet).
Well call me a noob but the first part looked flawless and as far as the kickflip, yeah I seen yours they are clean as!! Now the old man is going to come out, even though you can kick flip and kick flip nice by the way sometimes for no reason our bodies just don't work especially when you start getting older and if its cold that adds to the stiffness that's when you just have to laugh and shrug it off! No worries brother I know you got that!! Shrug that one off have a laugh about it and then go get that shit!!
Man i feel that title in my knees😂. You ever play around with the timing of your flick? I usually get a better flip when i remember to not change my ollie to flick.

Thank you. In hindsight I may of been over reacting! Got a slightly smaller deck today and landed a few!
To anybody struggling with this: there's a good chance your humors are imbalanced or you are approaching the board without a purity in yournheart
Knew it… think it was the later! 👊👊😂😂
😂😂😂
For once we see your struggle!! I wanna be supportive about blah blah, energy etc. but you already know. Next one. 🙏🏻
I struggle all the time… usually I’ll push thru and you’ll only see the good bits. Good bits didn’t come this time 😂 down to a 8inch deck now!
