same opinion on battlecruisers, they pretty much always make for an interesting game...unless they just end up showcasing how powerful vipers can be like in those mass cyclone games, it might make sense to force vipers to only eat units instead of letting them munch on buildings.

you really should play the games its free not the campaign but the multiplayer is 80 % free except for the coop commanders
@@ilikememes1402 I have it installed on my PC (which i barely open) - even have a 144hz screen, but time is of the essence. Have 2 small kids, gaming was my life before haha
Once you get over the initial what the hell is going on curve it becomes much more enjoyable.
@@e4Bc4Qf3Qf7 yeh, this is true. once you've got a thorough understanding of the game, it's pure fun. it can even be very fun if you're not the type who gets frustrated when they're learning something new.
if you're the kind of person who gets angry and upset when they lose, RTS is not for you (unless you turn that anger into drive and dedicate yourself to getting better at it).

The AI is so op, wondering how would it be if you would let him do thing outside his screen to, in that case it would be for sure unbeatable
I mean you can allow it do that, like to make it truly terrifying, letting it pull the data of the CPU (am not sure about exact location it’s either RAM/CPU. I believe it pulls of something from the memory bus while it’s in the CPU and not off the RAMbut don’t take my word for it) is OP-OP. So like for example, as soon as you target a stalker with your bunch it knows, and before the stalker laser hit yours, it blinks.
@iohan Kellerman, like letting it do things outside is screen is pointless unless it playing against another AI, it will just like kill you with a perfect micro and triple drops. Like just pull the data of the CPU it’s tracks units and projectile everywhere, it can blink on two sides of map, use fungal growth and parasitic bomb simultaneously with like perfect, to just wreck you. I mean it looks cool but like it’s an unfair advantage
@@MegaShrut yes, but it would look cool to see it happen, against other AI, it's already unfair against humans.
@iohan Kellarman, I don’t think we plan to play giants other AI, but here’s a cool thing we are aiming for, so like it will have micro of someone normal great like innovation or Gumiho, will make micro error but will always win because of great scouting and perfect build order understanding and very unique play like it does for chess. That will truly be scary because like, Starcraft is all about shouting and understanding where enemy army is and we have seen something in the networks ! Keep your fingers crossed, we may win the next GSL, without godlike micro on stalkers

battlecruisers and carriers are the two most hype units for anyone old enough to remember the glory days of brood war. makes me feel so much nostalgia. honorable mention to goliaths, dragoons and lurkers
Sometimes when I am watching casts on the full screen, I would move my mouse or click on accident, but then realize that I'm not the observer.
TaeJa's widow mine drop at 30:19 was absolutely gold. Even though being way behind, Taeja proves that micro can change an uneven fight. I was almost 100 that he was going to GG, and altough he did, that play kept him in the game for another 5 minutes. That's what makes Starcraft such a good game
Man every time i see Taeja i remember the game when he played bio vs mech against innovation . That was the most epic game i have ever seen.

Lowko, that game was FANTASTIC! Never have I stayed an entire hour for a SC2 match, but that BC swap was incredible. Even at the 50 minute mark I could've sworn Scarlet was gonna pick up the dub, but seeing that squadron of BC's come right at the end to save the Terran force brought a huge smile to my face. I'm always rooting for the BC's after the latest update, and it was awesome to see it overcome one of the greatest Zerg players of all time! You're the best, Lowko!

I think it is a testament on how demanding Terran is a race, so many top players wearing there wrists down.

i love having 2 bc teleport to main of the opponent and just snipe the tech.Like,it looks like you have to make the infestetion pit again.Or you really want to make 2 cybernetic cores even if you are not going into air.Having fun with tech labs?Guess what gone now.

Even if it cost the Infestor its life a bit like Scourges and Infestors cost as much as a Carrier, it would be ridiculous.

so glad the BC sealed the deal. like 9 out of 10 games, mass BC would get wrecked by zerg so bad. Never even thought Taeja would jump the BC into the zerg army.

these is one of the most beatiful series i've seen ever. also the last jump was just the PERFECT tactical jump. i wonder if there is match like teja vs solar (or other top 5/10 whatever protoss)

This Terran 4 track which at the time you mention the Terran music, is in my opinion the best track of SC2.

I think this is the first time I've seen infestors+ vipers fail against air. Excited to see a strat that worked that wasn't 20 ghosts spamming snipe
BC'S and cyclone/Hellion for bases into BC'S & Siege tanks for the kill! Man TaeJa is SO GOOD!

Goliaths are useful. Why doesn't anyone use them? Aren't they still capable of attacking both ground and air at the same time? Does more damage to air than ground so add some firebats and you'd be covered for a decent counter attack. 47:00 lowko didn't seem to notice the production tab.

I fucking love watching taeja when I was first getting into sc2 back in 2011 he was the reason I choose terran as my race of choice, his control is truly something to marvel at, in that first game he was picking off banelings like it was easy. Essentially what im saying is I hear bcs I watch I see taeja I scream.
after first game i was afraid "it was then for today" but then i watched time of the video and its 56mins
I don't even play Starcraft. I used to play back in brood wars but Lowko. Your sc2 and Zelda content and have made me a happy subscriber! :)

Since the nerf of ravens i havent seen a single game where terran had equal ccs as op and still win in late game. That was a amazing. Junping across the map and really using mech speed to outrun oppenant, abd using tsnks like immortals was cool.

i wish there was a "total resources gathered" just for these early game attacks when scvs are forced away, just to see how much resources behind you get. especially when the zerglings are not even actually killing them to see in the "lost tab"

if you have BC, as soon as your enemy moves out, you delete their base.

I suppose this shows that if there's enough battlecruisers, even if you have enough infestors and vipers to control them properly, you simply might not have the damage output to actually kill them. Fungal growth keeps them in place but it doesn't stop them from shooting. As long as tactical jump is a thing, battlecruisers are going to have a use; the ability to be anywhere on the map at will is always going to be a powerful ability.
Would be nice for the other races if they made the jump to location, you have to have vision. So terran would have to scan or send a unit out to said jump location.

Could have should have, taeja expanding later rather than sooner ensured he got a bank and scarlett didnt, zerg cancelling units looses the larvae, while terran and protoss can just cancel and make something else as long as they had the infrastructure, basically the zerg race is less kind when mistakes are made, lets also not forget that in a time long past ( starcraft 1 ) mass battlecruiser/carrier was the ultimate deathball of which taeja is most familiar with

It is really hard to see battlecruisers in these days, like they are pretty rare.

seems like the difference on the "best" and top players are that the best rarely/never seems to die to single pushes anymore, with the best there is a constant push from both sides and need several fights to get the win.
go one step down to the top players and everyone dies to 1 bad move, to much micro which is too punishing if not the absolute best players in the world (like 3-4 players can do it). ^^
