this shotgun was not made for 2 3/4 shells. Use only 3” and birdshot also ain’t for tactical shotguns smh,benelli has the same hiccups. Yet still it’s a turk,i ratherr buy a beretta 1301
The cap (circle thing) on the charging handle should be removed. It's only a cover to protect the charging handle during shipping.
