THE 5 AXIS IS HERE! - Kibbetech Ep 25
I’ve a machinist for 28 years the last 10 years I’ve done nothing but prototype work on a 5 axis there’s no limit to what you can do with a 5 axis
Your doing a great job with these videos Kibbe, TV show quality!
Wow you guys are pros. Totally on another dimension. Thanks for sharing, and I can't wait to see what you come up with next!
DAMMMMM that thing is enormous, let the chips fly! Great job guys, absolutely gorgeous rides you men build!
I crashed this exact same machine brand new on its first week in the shop. I remember like yesterday I felt so bad I wanted to quit. The machine was never the same, a year later they bought a million dollar DMG MORI 5 axis champion. So much fun with 5 axis I now program CMM's.
Yeahhh dude! That's awesome!
Love these videos. Keep em coming!!
Now I want to replace all our clapped out Haas machines. Way to make me jealous Ryan LoL! Nice machine.
Everyone that lives outside Cali is still trying to figure out the CalTrans joke.
Another killer episode, keep 'em comin'!
The Hippamommamis say's, that's a hell of a new machine right there! Nice upgrade. I see big things coming in the future?!?
I love these videos
So badass🚚🚚🚚🚚🚚
Next level stuff right here boys!!
So which costs more: that machine or one of your trucks?
Probably about the same. Base price on the UMC 1000 is $225k
That’s no Base machine. Machine cost more than the trucks.
He’s probably got $350K in the machine and all the tooling. Tooling and fixtures add up quick.
heck yea love new equipment......
I love that show👍👍👍
Like I have said before.... Love the hell out of your shop and the work u guys do!! Top notch all the way.
What do you plan on making with the 5 axis?
What cad/cam system are you using to program?
Does it come installed with Kibbetech scales on al 5 axiis?
What is the shop hourly rate you charge?
Why did you choose haas? Why not a mori seiki? Doosan?
Most machines are pretty tired in five years Haas so cheap they’ve paid for themselves by then and you sell them and get new ones plus Haas machines get better and better. I’ve been a Mori and Matsuura guy my whole career but the Haas make sense there paid for before you ever have a problem with them unless someone crashes it
@@Lemosoffroad I call bullshit, haas cant even make a grease/lube system that works. Garbage
I hope they get a class action lawsuit going over that.
@@matt23727 we had a mori with a oiling issue then we switched to manually oiling problem solved just can’t be lazy and pump it every day
@@Lemosoffroad ok, one mori out of thousands if that's true.
Every single haas that uses the red grease has a problem. That's 5 machines out of 5 in my shop.
100 percent failure rate. Causes massive damage and only remedy is 10 to 20k worth of "maintenance " haas says.
I love bailey she is the twin too my boxer zoey
AR 15 LOWERS HERE WE COME
Me encantaría trabajar con ustedes
Geez you were really stuck in the stone ages without that piece of equipment.....cool piece....1st btw
