Managed private endpoints blade was greyed out at ~52:30 since you left "managed virtual network" box unchecked during ADF creation

Checking box would be helpful if he would use Default IR, but since he has created a new IR (not used default one), That's not an issue, I believe. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks
