This feature has been available for a long time, if you can’t see this option it may be because you need to go into the actual comment of the video and not the comment tab on your notifications 👍
Yes it will go on your profile as well, if you want to create it as a series and have over 10k followers you can create a playlist so it’s easier to see the series Either way if you keep responding to comments on your TikTok as a video reply it will link it to the previous video where that comment came from, so you can create a series if you keep getting more engagement and more comments or just stitch your own video that you want to create a video reply to as well 🥰
