Thank you for all that information. As a 66 year old man who is in my second remission for MCL, I will likely have to at least look at Car-T in the future. I have already had R HyerCVAD MTX/ARA C for a frontline therapy and a combination of Ibrutinib ( a BTK inhibiter) + Loncatuximab teserine ( a monoclonal antibody drug conjugate) in a just completed year long clinical trial . Hopefully I will have a long remission and Car-T will evolve even farther before I'll need to look at it again. Again thanks!

Unfortunately, CAR t Carvykti didn't work for me. Since then, November 2022, I have been on Venclexta and it lowered my blood counts to the point of needing several platelet transfusions and hospitalized for red blood transfusions. So, no more Venetoclax. Then I did Blenrep and it became toxic to me and I went legally blind in my left eye. No more Blenrep. I've never had an M protein, and my Myeloma is Kappa Free Light Chain Multiple Myeloma. Then my Kappa kept trending up, and thankfully Talvey became FDA approved just in time. I was hospitalized for a week to do the step up dosing the middle of September, and since then I've had every side effect associated with Talvey. But I'm trying my best to hang in there, as I've done every treatment available for MM. I'm doing this for my little family that means the world to me. The Talvey adventure has been more challenging on my body than any other treatment I've had in the last 10 years, including the 2 stem cell transplants. I pray that a new treatment will become approved that is tolerable and is a cure for MM. 🙏
Thank you for this lecture. Does all patients needs to be in a cardiac monitor during the administration and up to at least 14 days if the first 14 are the most critical in developing toxicity?
