Barney half reps are better. Full reps be fuckin these skinny ass kids joints up. The chief is so damn big the tension is on his muscles the whole time. As long as you understand the usefulness of Half reps they make you stronger , y’all be sheep out here listening to these sell outs tell you otherwise. Being on roids helps your joints and the inflammation. That’s why mike can go so heavy with a full stretch, y’all don’t understand lol. Stop comparing other peoples form. The way chief was doing it was healthier for his shoulders considering the weight and the high reps. Fucc bro

Actually, partial reps work for a simple reason : you can overload the portion of the movement where your the strongest. So, doing partial after the full ROM is on failure is a great way to overload the muscle

@USA ALLDAY EVERYDAY Well written, I've been training for 30+years I don't need to do full range of motion, to pump blood into whatever muscle group I'm working.

Mikes strength is literally amazing to watch sometimes. He basically doubled what the chef did on that heavy set of sitting cable tricep pulls because the Chef was literally doing like 1/3 the range of motion that Mike was doing. He more than doubled the reps the chef did in reverse bench. The same with the tricep push downs, the chef barely used any range of motion.

It is insane to me how every single exercise Mike does, he is the only one ever doing full reps and he’s always able to do just as much as everyone else if not a lot more usually. Chef had to do half reps to get 26 tricep extensions in and Mike comes right in after and legit does full range of motion and matches him. Also, Mike did 15 tricep push downs not 14.

If you ask yourself this question. Can a man begin lifting at say, age 15, and continue to gain strength up to age 58? Can he be more lean at age 50, than at age 25 and be just as heavy? I have the ansver to those questions, because That is Me. and I never took any vitamine S. But the difference between me and Mike is that I did other things from time to time. I HAD SOME SERIUS BREAKS FROM LIFTING. Biggest break lasted 8 years, And I was smoking, and eating unhealthy, on top of that. I BEGAN TO LIFT AGAIN 2007 I AM STONGER NOW THAN I WAS THE LAST TIME I STOPPED LIFTING AND EATING HEALTHY. Question remains, What would I look like if I never had any breaks?🙃

Whether he is natty or not is irrelevant to Mike’s ability to troll the haters to the hills. He’s got you so mad, you’re living under his bridge.

O'hearn is a power lifter where as Chef is a body builder which is why you see O'Hearn going full range on every rep. I have used both technics back in the day and I was a lot stronger in one rep max using O'hearns technic.
