I think safety is more about the driver's discretion. If it is maneuvered responsibly and appropriately for its surroundings, it should be perfectly safe!

Does this come fully assembled?

Can the brake pedal be moved to the left side? I’m a right leg amputee and it would be hard for me to use the rear brake pedal being on the right side
As of right now, the manufacturer does not offer that as an option. It can probably be done but it would definitely void the warranty.

There's no possible way to determine if the seat is hard just by looking at a video. It's most likely as comfortable as the seat on other scooters.

Can the seat be upgraded?
This is a brand new product to us, but I do not believe it can be upgraded presently!
Just because it's not the size that's on most scooters doesn't mean it's not comfortable. Maybe you have a giant butt?
I like the speed, but the scooter looks like it is cheaply built.
It's a solid scooter, not cheaply built. We have many satisfied customers with this model.
