Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions! I’m considering a class B.

Lots of room in a class b. If you have kids and or dogs having the extra room is welcomed. Draw backs are parking and clearance for getting off the roads for adventures

The new 4 cylinder sprinter and 10 speed transmission is designed to reduce the turbo lag of the 6 cylinder. Thanks for sharing.

From my reading at their website and others, 2023 is all wheel drive switching to 4 wheel drive on demand, where as 2022 and earlier, switching to 4x4 is manual switch

Yes true, but a true 4x4 over all wheel drive I believe

Hello! I’m interested to know more about the insulation of the Launch! I live in Quebec and I’m looking in a real 4 seasons 4x4 coach. What’s on point of view on this? Regards

The lowest temperatures I had to deal with was 0 degrees Fahrenheit I was having to run my heater constantly to keep my water tank from freezing. It did freeze once so no shower no sink

Have you measured the garage area? Is it big enough to carry a 48x40 pallet?

I have a buddy who makes armored vehicles and the like....But, he has access to various grades of ballistic glass.. I asked if glass is available for the Mercedes Sprinter vans... He did say, which model, I didn't know what series you had, when I asked, but either way, YUP. but, the catch 22 is for ALL these series of Mercedes vans, none of them offer simply "drop-in" glass.. modifications is required, which he offers. and doesn't void any measure of the bumper to bumper warranty as he is an authorized coach works. If interested, I can email you his business info to speak privately with his people. They have financing as well, due to the cost of some of these processes pending the make and model. It is also worth noting, there is a wait time to squeeze it in, due to the production that already is in line. He offers tours of his business to serious buyers of the complex, pending what is in production at the time. Again, all stuff you can work out with his people if you were to investigate this avenue. They do a background check "THOROUGHLY" on people before they accept a job which I guess is a requirement by the FEDERAL government or maybe it was D.O.T. which I forget which agency requires it...
Which is were I learned that having a slewing ring gun turret on top on a vehicle is, as of last year, illegal... OOPS... That is gonna be a pretty big hole in the roof of my crawler if I remove mine... I and trying to hunt for a clause that will grandfather me in as mine was installed before that law came about.. Grrrrrrr
There is several series of glass, of course, high levels for large cal stuff, but even just the smaller or thinner grades that are just for tamper resistance or shock resistance.. Now, some of those pending which level, might drop right in, and might be something you can drop in yourself? I don't know the process of such if they have to do it for warranty stuff or not? I don't know, again, that stuff would be conversations you folks would have. I would not be apart of the picture whether you do or don't play with this armored car manufacturer. I have asked him what famous people he has made cars for, he just smiles at me, and won't say.. "punk" LOL...
