Whatever you do, do not use Butuan Online Groceries to deliver your shopping. The shoppers/deliverers will short your delivery and cheat you. Example....if you buy 100 grams of shrimp for 500 pesos, the shopper will order 80 grams and pocket the rest. They will do this with anything you order in which a weight purchase is involved. No one checks the weight of their order so they get away with it. I complained to the company when I found out what was happening and they couldn't care less. They blocked my number I'm sure because they never answered my call again after I complained.

But when I had my girlfriend's mother confront the delivery guy about his stealing, he simply told her that if she didn't like the service don't order again. He said that they had plenty of customers so it didn't matter. As a retired police officer, that translates to.....I have plenty of unsuspecting people to steal from so I don't need you. I sent an email to the company also and they still have not responded. Sounds like the managers in the office are getting kickbacks to me.
