I don't believe Tae every loved Jin if we remember in the beginning he rushed and basically forced Tae to be his. Tae is a little too weak I feel like he don't like hurting anyone he rather hurt himself instead. Kookie and Tae relationship grow from friends to lover, it was not rushed or forced which is the best but Jin never know much about Tae and also Tae in return but Jin rushes Tae in the beginning.
