Letting go and grounding yourself while helping your self feel safe, will help, getting comfortable of not being in control helps you flow through life circumstances. It can be anything, no matter how small or seemingly unimportant. The sun is shining.. the taste of something you are eating. When all else fails and I have a hard time coping, I do that every morning. Also a good one: when all else fails and it’s rock bottom, just go outside and sit against a tree. Allow nature to give you that beautiful gift of healing.. or you can just sit with the pain and allow it to be there. I find leaning on a tree extremely reassuring, it can create a healing space.
