I just ordered that laser today.gonna try and use it to install box beems..very good job with the review i enjoyed it..ill see how it works for me looks like it will do fine.
Try using your cell phone as a receiver outside. Put it in selfie mode and see if can see a 'flash' when you slowly move it up and down against the fence.
Does the visibility of the line improve outdoors if you hold a shade over the expected target point? I'm thinking of something like a cardboard box maybe a foot square with part of the front and all of the back cut out. That would block out a lot of the sunlight. Just wondering...🤔
Always remove the batteries when you are finished using anything that has batteries in it. Batteries will leak when they get old and can damage your equipment. When your young you won’t understand when your old you will understand

Is that true? I'm going to try that! Cheers from Australia 👍
Jesus I’m going to try that today because I’m sick of not being able to see my line outside even at like 2ft away
@@Seqhael Just don't drop it, like I did. A new screen cost me $200. A receiver works better and only cost me $60.
Good tip, but a laser might be harmful for your camera sensor so be careful.
