Well i expected it to be close since both cars have a little over 800hp, but the 918 has hybrid assistance and a better all wheel drive system
918 goes for 1.7mil , I can get 5 Huracan for that, and leading a car till the last second which costs 5 times more is,very very impressive.

just take the 918 is every drivetrain in one, electric, gas and hybrid. FWD in electric, RWD is normal, and AWD in race.

918 is totally a monster . Even porsche 911 gt3 can overtake a Lamborghini hurricane . Porsche is a very quick in acceleration . lambo got launched so quickly but Porsche launched little late . This is for appreciating his car because it is his car . If the driver had launched the Porsche 918 correctly that Porsche would have gone like a rocket . Lamborghini is no match for a beat like porsche this is cheating dont you see porsche has the beat launch control. If he has launched it correctly that Lamborghini would have flowed back like a paper . Of course it is for show off that his car is the fastest . Even a aventador cant overtake a Porsche 911 gt3 only it can if the porsche reaches its top speed and Lamborghini has still didn't reach its top speed . It is about shifting man if we do perfect shifting even a mercerdeze amg can catch a Lamborghini till a short distance. It is not a big deal that lambo gone little further at first if we do cheating even a sloth can overtake a cheetah.

Right, but a 918 is meant to race against the much faster V12 Lambo Aventador with more HP which can beat the 918 from time to time, especially in the half mile. It also costs about $100K more than the Huracan.
