You're one of those. Madame Red was a well built character, and I wish more people would have seen that. I wish I could have seen more of her. Madame Red had more thought put into her character than Lau (??? I haven't seen this anime in a long time) did, and that also goes for The Undertaker. She was, essentially, one of the most thought out. She had a backstory- a damn good one- and she had a reason to kill. While it was valid, it did not excuse her actions. (1/2)

When she said 'you took everything from me' to Ciel she did mean it, because now that Ciel had found out about how she was killing all those women, he had to either kill her, or not want anything to do with her, so, since she loved Ciel, and now that he'd found out, she didn't have him anymore, her one piece of happiness, she did indeed mean that Ciel had taken everything.
Just a tip. When using WMM, you should reduce the volume of the video to zero so that only the audio comes through. It would make it so much better! :D
