My son bought one of these, we watched your video and he immediately wanted to do the mods you have done. Within an hour of it being out of the box he wanted to know when "we" were going to do the mods!! Bumper lift and shocks to be moved. The rails make a massive difference to the body support and the whole feel of the truck in your hands. Nice one.👍😎

Hey there! Awsome vid! Im getting one of these for my dad for Christmas I just need some help. How do I get those alloy metal bars in the middle to make it more sturdy? Is it DIY, if so any way you could make a video on it and how to fit it! Sorry im new to this RC car scene but I want my dad to be able to use this crawler for a long time so I would like to make some modifications for him later down the line! However im charging the battery right now and I know it should be solid red when charging and green when fully charged. However after about 10-20mins its starts flashing in this order, red red red green, red red red, and repeats what does this mean? Im i not charging it correctly?

Hello I had to do a temp fix of alloy rods I had the other day on the chassis after my lad had a dramatic roll with the FTX, what size is the stuff you have used as looks a bit more substantial. Thanks

Great vid mate. I had mine out for the first time on Sunday. I love it but need to get it strengthened and will do the shocker mod while I'm on.

that's not good :( its 15mm x 15mm . 1m length from screwfix is about £4 👍
