Lessons learned from Q&A Chữa lành 24:
    - Gratitude also comes from the smallest things, so basic and simple things that I take it for granted, be it my every breath, my ear, my eyes,...
    - Think of how to solve a problem instead of being drown into feelings of it, I have to deal and to heal my feeling, but what I do must help me to move forward, not just think about it, and don’t know how to solve
    - Concentrate on what I have, the more I focus on what I lose or what I don’t have, the more I think I am a loser and fragile
    - If I keep pains and negative feelings inside me and don’t share it out, I become emotionless person, or being stress, or even drive me to death
    - If we are suffering, there are others who are suffering more, no one is the most miserable, everyone has their own suffering that needs to be healed and overcome.
    - Accept that I have to die, my beloved ones have to die, everyone has to die
    - When time passes away, no one knows who I am, so why do I care so much on what others think about me?

    Lessons from QACT 24:
Look at the world around you and be grateful, gratitude is as simple as having beautiful hair, having skin, having a bowl to eat, being able to breathe, ....
What is yours will be yours. When an incident occurs, be in the mindset of thinking of a solution to the problem.
Focus on what you have to be more grateful, not focusing on your own events and problems.
If you don't have the habit of confiding and sharing, you will gradually become emotionally numb, and over time you will get sick.
Choosing to sit and be sad all the time or be sad and then refocus your mind on other work depends on you.
