Yeah, I admit I didn't really put as much effort into Precinct Assault as I could have, just coz as I said, I didn't really enjoy it. Hope you liked the rest of the video.
Strike Series (which this game is obviously inspired by and from EA) we're known for you don't get checkpoints. Still didn't change how angry I'd get from dying at the end before I can finish the mission.
This was actually meant to be a Strike game before they decided to make it it's own thing, although I never played any of them so I'm not familiar. But yeah, it's the worst when you get right to the end of a mission and then have to start all over again haha. Thanks for watching.
Do you have any interest in playing or reviewing the Digimon World 1 ps1 game? Also the Scarface ps2/pc game still holds up really well, you mentioned it in the Jackie Chan game review because they had the same developers. I haven't played every Radical Entertainment game but you always feel that they had fun making those games.
I might give Digimon a go at some point. The thing is I've never played it before and I was never really into Digimon as a kid so It's not high up on my list, but I'd be interested in having a look at it. I think Scarface would make for an interesting video. I remember that game being entertaining as hell, and I'm thinking about moving onto PS2 games soon, so I'll definitely be taking a look at it at some point. Thanks for watching!
@@DayVeeJay93 Digimon World doesn't require being into the series/franchise, thankfully.. The open world is pretty big for ps1 but the biggest disclaimer about the game is that it doesn't really explain itself well beyond the basic stuff, so it's not wrong to look into some type of guide tho it's optional. That was also a plus back in the days because as a kid the game felt huge and mysterious, but I think it can be completed to credits without guides as an adult player.
The last deep cut of my childhood to get an essay? Nice.
Thanks! Hope I did it justice!
Underselling Presinct Assault and Sky Captain's awards worthy voice work.

@@DayVeeJay93 100% great video.
@@RandyMcQuaid Thanks!
if your complaint is checkpoints use save states on a emulator, also emulators can make the game run in hd as well and make the game look great
Good vid
Thanks!

@@hevitonttu2251 Sounds interesting. I'll have to give it a look at some point.
