This hits hard. It’s more than love lost it’s losing a version of yourself that will never come back. Time does this to us over and over, to the point where it feels like we have nothing left but memories to miss and wonder about. This band is fucking incredible
Cant believe nobody commented, your comment wraps this song up perfectly at least to me. This song hits me for exactly that it really puts myself into perspective makes me think about how i used to be as well as my surroundings and the people who are/were with me. Beautifully deep song. And how mike performs in this he really poured all of his emotions into this piece.

This song came at just the right time for me. My girlfriend broke up with me over text message. Said she thinks that we are better as friends. Over the past couple days I’ve wondered did she even love me at all. But I’m moving past her now. Focus on getting my life back together and Finish high school and follow my dreams of becoming a police officer. And maybe then I’ll find someone.
