Hi everyone, wanted to let you know we have not had internet service for over 36 hours and have no idea when it will be back on. I apologize. We are way behind on answering comments and emails. It is not weather related. We have to leave home even to leave this message. We will have our regular Sunday video Thank you for your understanding. God bless! Love you all. Signed: Super frustrated!
We’ll always be here for you, Grandma and Matt, & Grandpa. It’s my understanding that there will be rolling internet outages while the country is being brought on to the Star Link connection! Maybe in your area too? Thank you for another great video! Stay Blessed!
@@candacemccabe5861yes, a lot of folks have not idea what is happening behind the scenes and perhaps a major EBS message will be coming before too long?👍
Ralph, I want to thank those viewers who prayed for my husband yesterday. He had MOHS surgery on two spots of basal cell cancer on the back of his head. Fortunately, it only took one round of MOHS and the plastic surgeon was able to avoid having to do a graft by using a medical grade of superglue . It was the best of all possible outcomes. He has been at this skin cancer deal for 40 years. This was one of the less traumatic one. God is good!
@karencone4973 So glad everything came out well for your husband I will keep you both in my prayers my late husband had cancer on the back of his head also which he had surgery done on it but it was cancerous and he still passed away 🙏
The smoke was getting in my eyes too 😢❤ "Be still and know that I am God."😊 Praying There are at least 4 people I watch on you tube that I have been Praying for regularly, Julie, Joas, Brooke, Jami
My ruptured brain stem aneurysm was fixed February 13 2003 with super glue. It was approved for that use until 2007 I was the 4 person n the 3 person to live in the USA. The glue did cause me to start stroking as of today 8x strokes the last was in 2016 I can use all my limbs and drive and live alone
I'm 65, my mom is 82, and we just bought a house together, so I can be there for her, and as she says, she there for me! We have about 2 weeks before we move in. The point is....when we are together, she has watched a few of your videos with me, and I have introduced the whole Doss family to her! It's so nice to be able to share one more thing with her, that we both enjoy, and now, we will have more together-time to watch you all... You both are very sweet, wonderful people. One day, we will finally meet...in person, with all of heaven around us!! ❤ God bless you both! (And the whole Doss family!)
How precious! Isn't God amazing! He cares for all the little needs we don't even realize are a big deal. I hope you two have hot chocolate with marshmallows for the next video.❤️🍫☕
Oh what a blessing for you and your mother to get to spend time together! We bought our home so I could have my mother too. She's passed now, but I know she's in Heaven and I will get to see her again! God bless you both with long and glorious days ahead~ Love, Loren.
I believe we are all honorary members of the “Dosslettes”. With Chad, Rae, Kyle, Shannon, Ralph, LeAnne, Case and Matt as the ringleaders! (Yes, I watch them all)
Ralph: When you feel inpatient, it’s God’s way of saying to back away. Even if you decided to do 1 video a week, everyone would still watch your videos. We love watching you, Leann and Matt.
Y'all may or may not remember, but I'm that "lady of a certain age". I want you know I'm still watching, and never miss a post. Love that Matt is now a "regular", and I love all your humor, Grandpa, Grandma and Matt. Also love Doss Farms and K&S Get Out. I think you're on the right path - time is precious, and it's important to use it wisely. Savor your days together, and enjoy!
I saw you Leanne. I saw those silent tears escape your eyes. If I could I would have handed you a hanky way faster than Ralph tried to! Seriously, it’s heartwarming to see how deeply you feel for the invisible people who respond to your videos.
So can I! ❤ one day, when we all meet in heaven, just think of the reunion it will be. Their fireside chats are the best. The best view & the best company. 🙏🙏❤❤
Amen! I know most of us would give anything to be sitting on their couch having a relaxing talk in front of their beautiful fireplace. To give Leanne a hug, and a hanky. Bless you Sheryl!
My husband had skin cancer on his lower lip and they had to remove a part of it. The surgeon did a fantastic job. God answered our prayers. I worked with a man that sign his retirement papers and went home to start retirement took a nap and never woke up. After that I decided when I could retire I was going to so I could be with the grandkids. God bless you all and the animals. I love the Great Pyrenees blanket. My husband and I are 76 years old and we have had about great granddaughter living with us. She is now 2 1/2 now any this is a life changer. It is much harder than when we were in our 20’s.
My husband and I adopted 2 of our grandchildren when one was 10 months and the other was almost 3. My son graduated high school that year and the kids mom was going through a divorce and had a breakdown. She was always in the picture, so the kids knew her as mommy and us as Nana and Pawpaw. Starting a second family in my mid 40's was different from 20's to say the least. But I've never regretted taking them in. They've been a beautiful blessing in our lives. I pray you will have the strength to deal with all that comes with raising a child. In sure you know what is involved. God bless you as you care for your grandchild. They truly are a blessing.
We (my 95 year old Dad and I )will always be here watching you!❤. I absolutely love your family and watch all of your families UTube videos . Leanne I just wanted to reach out and give you a hug tonight! We get pulled into so many directions in our lives , but please take care of yourself!!! ❤️
Ralph, every time you pull that hanky out I am reminded of my granddad. LeaAnn, you have such a tender heart, I can run tears with you. I’m 75 with no family around, so the entire Doss family is special to me. Take time for yourselves and LeaAnn, if you are able, retire, we never know what tomorrow brings, especially as we get older. I always read many comments as I hit the like for many. Which is one reason I don’t comment too often. Love and prayers daily for all of you.❤
Grandpa and Grandma glad you felt better about the emails you needed not to worry we all love you so you don't have to make loads of videos to have our approval just be who you are that's what we love about Leanne and you and the rest of the Doss family xxx ❤❤❤
I love you all so much! I love the talks after the feedings. I may have said it before, but these talks make me feel like I'm in your living room visiting you. I don't have family to visit except by phone anymore, so you guys fill that void for me. Thank you all for caring about us. God bless you all.❤
Hi Judy, from another Judy! ❤ I feel the exact same way. I find myself getting emotional watching & listening to Ralph & LeaAnn. It is like going home & being with loved ones. Take care of yourself & always remember, someone is thinking about you. 🙏🙏
Thank you, Judy - I too do not have any family to sit & visit with. Having this time with LeaAnn & Ralph with that warm fire in view is so cozy & heart-warming. God bless each one. Love to all. ❤
@@elaineinman7077hugs to you. I think we are all one big family here. So many lovely people supporting one another. Grandma and Grandpa are certainly spreading the love on this channel ❤❤❤
I rode with a friend when she went to help rescue a starving pig, well a starving 4 pigs, 6 nanny goats, 2 cows, and a horse. They asked me to come because I have an ability to calm stressed animals. After having seen those starving pigs, goats, and cows I cried all the way back to the vet office where they were taken to be evaluated. They all had a serious parasite load and hoof issues. But it was sickening to see ribs on pigs, goats, and cows. But all the animals have been fostered out now that they have been cleared of parasites. I just want to tell you how much I appreciate seeing your crew healthy and happy. Seriously, so glad they are well loved. It was that trip that caused the Itis brothers to visit.
Bless you for helping God’s creatures that cannot help themselves. I pray they all live their best lives with lots of love. I pray the Lord keeps you & yours always. 🙏❤️🐄🐐🐖🐴❤️
Praying for the family with nose Cancer and for your neck. We are more concerned with your mental and physical health than 3 videos a week. Amen the Ministry is so very important.
The fellowship that you folks have been hosting has become a very precious time in my day. On those days you don't post, those are days I can spend time in prayer for all those requests with the extended Doss family. You have helped to knit a together a community from several unravelled parts. A Joseph's coat of many colors knit together in love. Now that's a ministry!
Gardening is the most simple, rewarding and exciting task…..dirt, seeds, water water water 😅. Oh, did I mention weeding? That too! But when harvesting….. you forget all about the weeding!😊 Your rewards have arrived! 😮
Please enjoy each other and your family. I lost my husband of 50 years in November 2022 and I am so grateful I left my job 5 years earlier to be able to spend time with Carl. This is time that if I had stayed working I would have miss the special moments we were together. God Bless you all.
Stepping back means you were listening to His whispers. I watched all of your family videos, and several others. For months this is what I do watch all these videos. I do not watch TV at all, no news, no politics. Listening to you both, is very up lifting. Being a Christian means everything and sharing your faith with us. Praying for all your followers prayer requests. When I pray for them, I just say Jesus you know them by name and what their needs are. ❤🙏
I am honored to be considered as part of your family. I love watching you and your children I love you all. If all families were as loving and kind as your’s this would be a better world. Take care stay warm and dry. God bless
My grandson dental appt got moved up to today! Hes clear!!! For heart transplant. It could be days now. I have mixed feelings about this of course, for the other family, but i get to watch my 17 yr old grandson grow. God is good......please say a prayer for Anthony.
I thank God for leading me to your beautiful family. My husband went to be with the Lord 15 years ago. Missing him has been so hard , but when you folks came into my life it was like looking back in our life. Ralph, your mannerism and humor is just like my Jim's. And when I see the love between the two of you, it is like the love we had/have. You two are so wonderful sharing the Lord on TH-cam reaching out to so many. Thank you for that. I love all the Doss family. And await when Case will be back on the Tube. Please know that I love and pray for you all❤🙏🌹
Been there, done that. It's been almost 20 years, and I still miss him. I'm much older now and my wounded spirit has healed. Losing a loved one hurts, but like you, I know I will see him again. Be of good cheer. You don't "get over" such a loss, but you do "get through" it. I'm 78 years old now, and only God knows how much longer I'll be on this earth, but I have faith in where I'm going and that's enough!
@@hamrad645 thank you for sharing. At 81 I know my earthly journey is coming to an end. I do like to look back at the almost 48 years we had together. So thankful God has allowed me to keep my thoughts intact. I will keep you in my prayers hamrad. Stay safe.
Ralph and LeAnn spend as much time together doing whatever makes you two happy. My husband died 17yrs ago at 56 of a massive heart attack. I'm now 69 and we never got to do any of our plans for retirement. LeAnn don't keep working if you can retire it's just not worth it. Spend your time doing what you want. Nobody on their deathbed says they wish they had spent more time at work. I miss my husband so much. Nothing or no one can ever take his place. I'm not the same person that I was before he passed. I'm so grateful for my faith, if it wasn't for that I wouldn't be here. God has carried me so much these last 17yrs, I don't know how people do it without God in their lives. Thank you both for all you do.
Ralph and LeaAnn thank you so much for your videos. I am 68 and retired. I lost my husband when I was 40. He was 43 and had a heart attack. I so wish I had more time with him. I hope you guys slow down and enjoy time with each other and your family. ❤❤
I am 78 and all I did was work please enjoy your time together I HAD to retire nearly 3 years ago please enjoy each other I love you and your families videos Thank you for sharing your lives with us
Thank you both for sharing. Leanne I am sending you a great big hug. I started watched Chad and Adler feeding Wilma at the beginning of COVID. I lost my job of 25 years and found myself sitting at home all day feeling worthless. I then started watching your channel and fell in love with chickens. Losing my job was a big blow to me - my husband swore I was depressed. It took me a long time to get through that. I never even looked for a job for about a year and that was even worse. I managed to find a job that I love. I work for the Forestry Department and thoroughly enjoy each and every day. Last summer our entire province was on fire and I was working overtime every day and weekends too. I never got to plant my garden or care for my flowers the way I usually do, it was pretty frustrating. There was no camping for my husband and I. I learned a lot at my job but it was very overwhelming. This summer I am going to step back as much as I can and pray for rain so myself and my coworkers can have a normal fire season. I do totally understand the concept of stepping back. I need to do it too. Anyway, I just want to thank you both for being you - open, honest and welcoming. Love you guys.
I too will add my prayers to yours for our precious forests. Your faith must be very strong to get through such events. It would break my heart to see a forest fire...I love the trees and forests I grew up in. They are mostly gone now d/t over-development. But it's all in my memories to visit when I need to. You are blessed to still be able to work hun...but do take the time you need. Life is too short to spend it all working! Love and blessings, Loren.
Life seems to go faster as we get older. Don't be so busy that you miss the good stuff the Lord has put in front of us. Learning to be still and simply enjoy time watching nature has been so good for my soul.
Love the fireside chats. It's so cozy and friendly, I do feel like I'm sitting across the room sharing stories. Thanks for sharing and have a Blessed day.
When you don’t want to disturb the chickens but want to check for eggs, open the nesting box door. Just a quick peek and everybody is not disturbed, might disturb a hen but you might open and close it before they realize it’s open. I would appreciate prayer for my husband who broke his hip on January 9th. He had a partial hip replacement and is doing well, but it’s going to be months of therapy and recovery. The thing that scares me is that there was a lytic lesion and may have been the reason for the break. They want him to see an oncologist about it.
One video or 20 videos a week. It’s not the quantity, it’s the quality. You’ve helped me to re-think things that I wish to do as I get closer to retirement myself. Blessing to all of you. I so don’t blame Leanne about the hanky. I have the same issue with the hankies. LOL
I was thinking the same thing. Quality over Quantity. God bless the Doss Family. And thank you for posting that comment. I couldn't think of the right words. ❤
❤❤❤❤ Leanne, after this tax season please consider retirement. Family is everything! I lost my only sister unexpectedly at Thanksgiving. Time is something we are not guaranteed. I’m still processing the “what if’s” and “I wish I had of’s”. I love this channel. I’ve been here since Ralph was just a unpaid farmhand for Chad. I have laughed and cried with you two through it all. Keep sharing with us. We all love it. ❤❤❤❤
I was born in 47 and had Grandparents who were Farmers in southern IL. Cows all had names, and team of horses named Doc & Dolly. You have brought me so many wonderful memories. Thank You! I love you and so does God!😘🙏
Squamous Basil Carcinoma- saw your video Sunday night; then Monday my lab results came back as positive. My surgery will be Feb 07. Amazing that you walked me thru with what to expect. So I am giving you guys a big thank you. It helped me to accept the bad news and understand what they was telling me.
My dad had to be the man of the house at 13. His dad passed. He married my mother and they had 10 kids. When he retired at 62 he passed shortly after. He was a trucker. And when he was home he drank a lot took care of the gardens and yard. But he was mean most of the time. But when he died I realized he didn't have a child hood he had to be the man at a young age.
Dear Ralph and LeeAnn, I'm glad you are stepping back a little. The saying, "Time waits for no man," is so true. Take time to be together and enjoy each other. Make beautiful memories together. You are loved. Thank you for your honesty and transparency.
I want to thank everyone for the prayers. I ended up not having surgery. God Bless everyone! And Ralph I agree with what you are doing! It is best for you guys!
I don't often comment often, BUT, I never miss a video! And the number of videos is up to you! PLEASE enjoy your retirement!! ❤ we truly enjoy and thank you for your sharing your lives (and the animals lives as well) with the world! Your family has opened up and brought me back to being more prayerful. God bless all of you! 🙏 I can't have animals like you all do. My husband and I have one cat and one dog. Thank you again for sharing your lives with us. ❤❤
I love all of the Doss family channels.❤ As a woman older than Ralph and LeeAnne I really appreciate the respect the Doss men show for the women in their lives. If my ex and his family had showed me that kind of respect when we were making new family farm plans, my life would have been very different. I have great memories of working outside in the yard with my dad as a little girl and of the joys of being close to animals and nature in my year of living in the country after college. However, I wasn't willing to give up my career and independence without compensation or recognition in the hopes that my husband would "GIVE me some of his share of the family farm profits". Respect is much more valuable than $: Self-respect and self-care is essential. ❤
I love LeaAnne's sense of humor and her tenderness. Thank you for showing your vulnerability. My favorite parts of your videos are when you share the love of Jesus!❤
Start your plants early from seeds. Use some of the chicken manure to add to your garden beds and work it in when the ground thaws. The birds will not go hungry, just use your better judgement when buying food.
You made me cry. Not many can do that!! My husband and I are pretty much stuck at home taking care of my older sisters and brother in law. He just had cancer surgery. But the rest of your lives are so much like ours. Our wedding date is the same, our children, so much. But this Friday I'm having surgery from C3toC7 in my neck. The care will be all on my husband. Please remember me and my husband during these next few weeks til I get back on my feet and can help him again. Please pray this relieves this pain I'm in!! God Bless you both and your whole family. I watch you all!!
I agree Ralph and LeAnne, if there is something you want to do, do it. Don’t make a bucket list for “someday” My mother and father worked from very young ages and always said “when we retire…” Retirement never came for my dad, he passed away from cancer three days after his 51st birthday; my mom continued to work until her health declined to the point she couldn’t even do things for herself never mind for pleasure and she passed at 68 It’s been 40+ years since my dad passed and this past December was 20 years for my mom My husband passed almost 16 years ago and we never got around to our bucket list because he was sick with cancer for quite some time Y’all have been such a wonderful inspiration; humble, kind, compassionate and just godly people It’s a pleasure to have gotten to “know” the Doss family over these past few years God Bless you in All ways 🙏🏻💕
I love these fireside chats ❤ the Doss family is always in my prayers and thoughts .. you’ve unknowingly helped so many of us .. please enjoy yourselves as well , as so many have said do the things you’ve wanted to do , don’t wait . I retired before my husband did ( I’m three yrs older than him), but he retired in Oct of 2019 and passed away May of 2020 , just 20 days after our 43 anniversary . So please do things you’ve talked about doing ❤ Just know we all enjoy each of your videos and all of your families as well , the short videos are nice too.. we support you no matter how many videos.. Group hugs
@@charlotterockel-kennedy8913 thank you so much for the kindness . Many other things happened as well but I know so many others here going through such hard times mine seem trivial. I always put myself last , kind of a mom thing I think .So many kind and caring people in this Doss family group. 🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏
So happy for you that the emails and comments were able to feed your hearts and souls and uplift you !! I don't remember exactly when I started watching Chad but Adler was being toted around most of the time ! As each one of the Doss family members have come online, it has been the most natural thing to subscribe to each of you and watch the ups and downs of daily living with all of your amazing animals. I am an 81 year old widow . My husband was fifty-five when cancer sent him home to be with Jesus. I'm blessed by God to be totally independent and able to drive to other states to help younger brothers and sisters through illnesses, deaths and other needs. I am the oldest of seven so I keep busy with family and the security team at my church. Being able to pick up my computer, go to TH-cam and watch the Doss family videos , the animal antics (and the adult antics) and laugh with y'all has been relaxing, fun time and a true blessing. So, thank you, for the laughs, the adventures, the prayers and the sharing of our Lord and Savior. Since none of us are promised tomorrow, eliminating the video on Monday to ease both the mental and physical stress and add time with each other is by far the wise decision you could have made. God bless y'all.
Evening Grandpa & Matt & Grandma too! As far as your petunias, deadheading is a must! I had some on the north side of my former house and it went crazy! But I deadheading was the key along with regular watering of an evening. Blessings to all!
Mr Ralph you brought tears to my eyes tonight. You know in this fast going years cutting back on your videos is the best for you and I love you guys and love to watch you. Nothing is going to change. ❤❤
I really enjoy the fireside chats. Enjoy the extra time you have with only doing two videos. We will still be here! I'm 65 and sneaking up on 66. I'm retired, but my husband isn't. He has a few years. Time with family is always the best. I'm looking forward to his retirement, so we can spend more time with our children and grandchildren.
Sorry carolyn it was just an idea that maybe would help them get an idea,,of something they may be able to do,, sorry i didnt mean to step on anyones toes, this is why im quiet and dont comment on no ones utube channel, unsubscribing!!!!
Does anyone else wave to the screen when Ralph and LeaAnn are signing off and waving goodbye to us? I find myself doing that at the end of every one of your videos. Enjoying your fire side chats. 💕 and prayers to all from Irene in Perth, Australia 🇦🇺
Take time to enjoy the time you have left on this journey. My late husband was able to retire at 58 with a buy out. We did not know that we would have only 11 years to enjoy that change in our daily life. He only had one regret….that we did not travel more! He has been gone 8 years. I will be 77 on Saturday. I would give anything for one of his big old bear hugs! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family! You have raised wonderful men!
Hey grandma & grandpa Doss I want to say I really think that most of us will still be here even if you can only post a 10 minute video each week everyone your family and you are well loved by alot of people your like family to alot of us and we all also care about you two that you need to take time to start crossing things off that bucket list of yours and please don’t wait to do that because I want to say from experience that life is too short never in my life did I think that my husband would pass away at age 51 from cancer on the back of his head we didn’t get to even get to do anything that was on our bucket list so please take time out to do you🙏❤️🙏❤️
Ralph, look at your numbers!!!! Within 4 hours 25% of your subs have watched the video!!! We love ya all!! We’ll be here!! Family must come first!!! When we pray, we should pray for ALL, not just 1 person -- just think if all of us did that everyday what a force we’d be!!! Love ya!!❤❤
Hello Ralph, LeaAnn and Matt! Now is the time when gardeners dream. I am looking forward to our visits. By the fire through the cold months… then maybe on the porch during the nice weather days. (Then back inside when it’s so hot that your eyelashes sweat) I’ve had a lot going on… I think about emailing you, I always put it off. (My brain tells me that no one wants to hear my woes) Your videos are a safe quiet place. I appreciate seeing you and visiting. Blessings and love to all…. Prayers for everyone who needs them ❤ 🙏🏻 ~Linda
You have no idea how important you both are… ❤❤❤I don’t have the perfect words but your family makes my life brighter god is good his light is bright and your family shines so bright!
I watch all the Doss family channels and am thankful for all you do share. You all have helped fill my days since I've been by myself these few years since my husband passed. I am so thankful I found such a wholesome bunch to bring a smile to my face as often as you all want to share. ❤
I really love watching all the Doss family videos. I enjoy listening to you talk about things of the past. I'm 77 and miss the times as I grew up. i have lots of great memories of those times. I don't comment a lot, but I talk to you as I watch.I'm glad no one can hear me talking to the computer. I look forward to every video, but you take care of yourselves first. Matt does a great job and I can't believe how much he has adapted to the farm life in so short a time. Love you all. God bless!
We are here for you and yes I pray for you all when I say prayers. Cutting back on the videos is not always a bad thing to do. I love the videos of your sons and I can always get "my fix" from the Doss family.
Ralph you and gramma are such special people I love watching your videos, they are so uplifting. You need to do what’s best for you and gramma. Love you both .💕
I have to tell you, when i had ducks and chickens their coops were down a hill. I buried a hose 3 feet down and wrapped the connection to the hose. Worked very well or me, i didn’t have frozen hose for ever. I live in an area that gets to -32 C. ❤❤❤ just laying pellets is the best. You’re already doing worms and scratch that’s plenty. ❤❤
I've heard someone, Kyle or Chad maybe, mention that about burying the hoses. That's such a great idea. I don't need to do that now, but I'm sure that's going to help someone.🙂
I'm on this journey with you guys no matter how it proceeds. Your entire family has brought much joy and a few tears into my life, I feel your blessing. Thank you
In my older age I have developed an allergy to adhesive on bandaids and such, even the paper tape does it. I get the same reaction you do and it is very uncomfortable. Also, very impressive on the chicken coop pushups Grandpa!!!
Glad to hear that you are going down from 3 videos to 2 and not stopping all together. Bless you Ralph and LeAnne and rest of the extended Doss family. ❤😊
Dont worry about Revel and Rylie. They are wearing waterproof parkas, especially with the second undercoat. They just need someplace to get out of the wind. Love you guys ❤❤❤
I really look forward to watching all your videos. My husband and I both retired. I've never been a country girl but I love to watch you all and your family for the animals. I thought I would like to do what you all do but getting older is just hard on us both. I just love you both and your families. We just love that you are God fearing Christians. Wish you both well and God Bless you and prayers. We live in Independence, Mo.🙏🙏
Love to you all. You don't know how your videos have touched my life. The whole Doss family reminds me of my family. My dad was from the Joplin area with family there. I look forward to all y'all's videos. God bless every one of you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
My husband is 61 and learned he has stage 4 colon cancer-we have a lot of plans that we put off-now, it has motivated us to get busy and do them while we have time together-Everyday is a blessing-enjoy them. Don't wait-God Bless
Yesterday, I had Mose surgery and four procedures to get the Cancer. Tough day so Grandpa got you be eight years. Love all you guys! Be well all, I and a bit off tonight!
I'm so glad of the positive commits. You two need to enjoy retirement, and enjoy life. If you only put out one a week we will still watch. Thank you for what you give us.
Love your videos and enjoy watching them. May the lord bless and protect grandma and grandpa and Matt and the animals. My twin brother could use all the extra prayers for the next three months due to starting squamous cell cancer in his left tonsil.
Thank you so much for letting us into your lives. I look forward to watching your family and the funny uplifting way your videos make me smile and laugh. Leanne you always have such a big heart…your words and prayers help us put one foot in front of the other. God bless you & the animals 😊❤
The Doss families are wonderful, caring, sharing and blessed. It's not selfish to say that "I have to take care of me." We all understand and want you all to be healthy and happy also. We are all so fortunate that you all welcome us and share your families with us. Thank you!! We love you all too! God Bless you all!
Me and my sister need your prayers. My sister has a bad cough and we don't know why. I have health issues that need prayers.i think that you need to do what is best for you and LeAnn. We love you for who you are.
I’m 58 but have heard of many people who have waited to do things after retirement but never had the chance. Life doesn’t wait. Do what you want to while you have the health to do it. Love ❤️ watching you and your whole family ❤❤
Grandpa & Grandma Doss, I watch a lot of homestead farm channels!! The Doss Family videos I NEVER MISS!! I watch the whole family & can't wait for the nights I can sit, relax, laugh, love & cry!! You all have been such a Blessing to me. Watching Adler grow up is PURE joy to my heart. He has grown so much & loves to be out doing chores with ya''ll & his Dad. He cracks me up most of the time with his one liners & giving ya'll a lil piece wisdom along the way at the same time. For a lil guy, he is a smart lil man. We all know that you spend a great deal of time making & editing all these videos for us. But, your family, spending time with each other is so much more important. 1 video a week, 2 videos a month, it's how you want to spend your time as a family that matters to all of us. We have all been Blessed with the Doss family sharing their journeys with us. But we all want you to enjoy your retirement too!! Lee Ann and Ralph I love putting a high five on the comments i read and I know exactly what you mean. This wonderful group of people are really like family to me too and I have you on my Lap and feel the warmth of your words and the tears in your eyes. It is so nice to know others are going in through the same feelings as we enter retirement or have actually go through time in Gods waiting room. But enjoy each day we love on eachother and our animals and feel rejoyced le lived each hardship trial or health issue because thats who we are. I love you guys and talk to my husband about you and pass on your knowledge and words.
@@candacemccabe5861yes, a lot of folks have not idea what is happening behind the scenes and perhaps a major EBS message will be coming before too long?👍
@@candacemccabe5861 we have used Star Link. I still have the satellite hooked up. We could start up again any time if need be
Ralph, I want to thank those viewers who prayed for my husband yesterday.
So happy to hear your husband had a good outcome on his surgery, Karen. God is good.
The smoke was getting in my eyes too 😢❤ "Be still and know that I am God."😊 Praying There are at least 4 people I watch on you tube that I have been Praying for regularly, Julie, Joas, Brooke, Jami

God bless you both!
(And the whole Doss family!)
How precious! Isn't God amazing! He cares for all the little needs we don't even realize are a big deal. I hope you two have hot chocolate with marshmallows for the next video.❤️🍫☕
Great story
Beautifully said!

(Yes, I watch them all)
Me too....I even talk to my dogs and answer back in Kyle's "Spruce voice" lol
Don't forget Adler and Carter.

Ralph: When you feel inpatient, it’s God’s way of saying to back away. Even if you decided to do 1 video a week, everyone would still watch your videos. We love watching you, Leann and Matt.

I would watch also if it just one video . Thank goodness there will be to videos..
Y'all may or may not remember, but I'm that "lady of a certain age". I want you know I'm still watching, and never miss a post. Love that Matt is now a "regular", and I love all your humor, Grandpa, Grandma and Matt. Also love Doss Farms and K&S Get Out.
God is awesome

Thank you for helping those animals . Bless you
Bless you for helping God’s creatures that cannot help themselves. I pray they all live their best lives with lots of love. I pray the Lord keeps you & yours always. 🙏❤️🐄🐐🐖🐴❤️

I am 78 and all I did was work please enjoy your time together I HAD to retire nearly 3 years ago please enjoy each other I love you and your families videos Thank you for sharing your lives with us
amen I am the same age too did the same thing
Amen to that! 🙏❤
Totally what we are learning-in the quietness to hear HIS VOICE in our lives.
Love the fireside chats. It's so cozy and friendly, I do feel like I'm sitting across the room sharing stories. Thanks for sharing and have a Blessed day.
Appreciate you, Ralph & Leanne. All is good. Enjoy your front porch and fireside chats. Refreshing and encouraging. 😌🙏❤️
Bless Grandpa and Grandma Doss. You guys are amazing!
Love & healing prayers! ❤❤🙏🙏

I can't have animals like you all do.
I thank you Mat for being there for your Mom and Dad . You all warm my heart. Great family.

Prayers will be lifted for you & your family. ❤❤🙏🙏

I agree Ralph and LeAnne, if there is something you want to do, do it. Don’t make a bucket list for “someday”
My mother and father worked from very young ages and always said “when we retire…”
Retirement never came for my dad, he passed away from cancer three days after his 51st birthday; my mom continued to work until her health declined to the point she couldn’t even do things for herself never mind for pleasure and she passed at 68
It’s been 40+ years since my dad passed and this past December was 20 years for my mom
My husband passed almost 16 years ago and we never got around to our bucket list because he was sick with cancer for quite some time
Y’all have been such a wonderful inspiration; humble, kind, compassionate and just godly people
It’s a pleasure to have gotten to “know” the Doss family over these past few years
God Bless you in All ways 🙏🏻💕

I retired before my husband did ( I’m three yrs older than him), but he retired in Oct of 2019 and passed away May of 2020 , just 20 days after our 43 anniversary .

Hey grandma & grandpa Doss I want to say I really think that most of us will still be here even if you can only post a 10 minute video each week everyone your family and you are well loved by alot of people your like family to alot of us and we all also care about you two that you need to take time to start crossing things off that bucket list of yours and please don’t wait to do that because I want to say from experience that life is too short never in my life did I think that my husband would pass away at age 51 from cancer on the back of his head we didn’t get to even get to do anything that was on our bucket list so please take time out to do you🙏❤️🙏❤️
I was getting smoke in my eyes too😢." Be still and know that I am God😊❤ Praying
Ralph, look at your numbers!!!! Within 4 hours 25% of your subs have watched the video!!! We love ya all!! We’ll be here!! Family must come first!!! When we pray, we should pray for ALL, not just 1 person -- just think if all of us did that everyday what a force we’d be!!! Love ya!!❤❤
Hello Ralph, LeaAnn and Matt!
Now is the time when gardeners dream.
I am looking forward to our visits. By the fire through the cold months… then maybe on the porch during the nice weather days. (Then back inside when it’s so hot that your eyelashes sweat)
I’ve had a lot going on… I think about emailing you, I always put it off. (My brain tells me that no one wants to hear my woes)
Your videos are a safe quiet place. I appreciate seeing you and visiting.
Blessings and love to all…. Prayers for everyone who needs them ❤ 🙏🏻
~Linda
Love you both .💕
I love all the Doss Family, I Thank You Very Much, for all the love and prayers you share with us. Keep Warm. Stay Safe. May God Bless Yóu All, ❤🙏
I have to tell you, when i had ducks and chickens their coops were down a hill. ❤❤
I really can’t sta
I've heard someone, Kyle or Chad maybe, mention that about burying the hoses. That's such a great idea. I don't need to do that now, but I'm sure that's going to help someone.🙂
I'm on this journey with you guys no matter how it proceeds. Your entire family has brought much joy and a few tears into my life, I feel your blessing. Thank you
In my older age I have developed an allergy to adhesive on bandaids and such, even the paper tape does it. I get the same reaction you do and it is very uncomfortable. Also, very impressive on the chicken coop pushups Grandpa!!!
The wormy dance always brings a smile to my face. Thank you.
All good comments are because we love you!❤❤❤
Glad to hear that you are going down from 3 videos to 2 and not stopping all together. Bless you Ralph and LeAnne
and rest of the extended Doss family.

Prayers for you and your sister ❤❤🙏🙏
Thanks for being you all, and caring enough to entertaining us.
Love you all Ralph and LeaAnn. You are both such a blessin to every one of us. ❤❤
I’m 58 but have heard of many people who have waited to do things after retirement but never had the chance. Life doesn’t wait. Do what you want to while you have the health to do it. Love ❤️ watching you and your whole family ❤❤
You have no idea how much you mean in our lives I never miss a video it make hy heart happy
It's one barn thing after another. I enjoy watching all the Doss Family ❤❤❤
With a camera in your face all the time takes Precious moments away from the family. We will all be here for you & the rest of the family for every video. Sit back & enjoy the journey God has guided you on... 1 DAY AT A TIME!! God Bless you both & until next time...Love you...
Grandma Doss needs a break. Bless you all for allowing us to come along with your families adventures. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Matt was taught well by you both. He will handle 2 videos well :)
my name is Beverly , i am 68 years old , i live in southern in indiana [ close to Louisville ky, ] and i have watched you all from the begining , also have always watched Chad , him and Adler would come across the street on the 4 wheeler and feed the cows , but i generally do not comment , i recently retired 3 months ago , and i do support your decision to cut back on yout videos !!! i will continue to watch no matter what !!! Love all of you so much , God bless you all !!!!
here in East Tennessee it finally was 65 today and most of the snow is gone so everything so soggy...i'm so glad its not as cold anymore...a few days it didn't get above 25...glad it's warmed up out there....love your videos....stay warm and dry
