Dhalsim's technique is overwhelmingly better. Ryu is just a strong character, but there is a considerable difference in level between players.

Literally 3:22-4:17 is just Ryu just walking around, not caring about any hit at all he takes in neutral because all he needs is just ONE hit and he would have won. So he just stands around looking for one hit from literally ANY confirm
(Because this games ass and every single button and special move goes into S3 for literally 50% damage for 0 effort regardless if its crit super or not)
its so sad we have fallen so far from grace from SF3 and 4. SF6 is dogshit
weve gone from honest solid neutral (aside from vega) in SF2, to technical parrying and meter management in SF3, to 1 frame links and actual combo skill in SF4.....
to random 1 tap buttons giving crush counters in sf5 relying on v trigger to 50%+ damage combos with derp execution in SF6

You just sound like an LTG mouthpiece lol. SF2, 3 and most definitely 4 had plenty of bullshit in them that was much worse than high damage combos. SF6 may have easier execution for high damage but the game has more mental stack than the other SFs and is much harder to just autopilot wins, there's a reason scrubs like you aren't playing at high level
