Hello, this is so accurate I cannot even say :) I would add 3 more things from my perspective (ERP consultant) and those are:
    1) Make sure the environment that you use for demonstration will not have outage during your presentations (e.g. test environment package deployment etc.)
    2) The first few seconds/minutes of the workshop when you start speaking as a BA should really make sense and give the audience the idea they are in hands of someone professional, confident.
    3) Nowadays when the meetings are via on Zoom, Teams, I recommend to address questions to specific persons (like Jimmy in your case) rather than asking a question and hearing nothing because people do not know if they should answer or not.
    Best regards!

Hey, really appreciate for this video :). Thanks you so much..
I have another question..how we design Business Process Model, if one doesn't exists..? What kind of diagrams are useful for it..I am actually not sure how to use Swimlane diagram showing responsibilities & departments. Could you clarify this in your next video for Business Process Models....? Also, How is Business Analysts different from Business Data Analysts ..? ..again thanks for this video.

No problems - yeah I'm going to upload another video explaining diagrams as I got a couple of requests from others as well.
Business analysts focus on businss implications of processes and decisions such as whether a company should develop a new product line or prioritize one project over another. BAs require a combination of skills, tools, and applications that allows businesses to measure and improve the effectiveness of core business functions such as marketing, customer service, sales, or IT.
Data analytics involves combing through massive datasets to reveal patterns and trends, draw conclusions about hypotheses, and support business decisions with data-based insights. It requires many diverse techniques and approaches and is also frequently referred to as data science, data mining, data modeling, or big data analytics.
      Hope this helps!

Hey! Thank you for your videos. They are very helpful. I have one question if you don't mind: As a BA, are you responsable for doing desing interfaces, prototyping, UX/UI? Or usually you have an UX designer in the team.

Okay y'all...I need some advice. So, I will be starting a Data analytics Bootcamp soon and I am super excited to dive into something that I love. BUT...a lot of the job postings are stating that you need at least 3-5 years of experience. I already have my BS degree and was hoping the boot camp will teach me the skills needed but I'm kind of scared 😨

    • @RichMillennialMindset

It's totally okay to freak out - I would too if I were in your shoes. Since you're taking this bootcamp, make sure you learn as much as you can and ace it! Also, talk to your instructors and ask them how other people who previously took this bootcamp in the past were able to land job offers upon taking the course and if they are aware of any companies that are looking to hire interns. It would be a good idea to start networking with your alumni since you have a degree and ask for quick phone meetings to learn more about the positions you might be interested in applying for!
