The prankster dupes him into cutting through a Dairy Queen line to demand the cigs for him under the counter. Then he convinces him that the cigs made their way to a gas station and to give the clerk a password to get them. The clerk was a yeehaw that wasn't having it.

Great call. This guy if he was Pinocchio about 15 people would have gotten speared with his extended nose. Goes in video taping despite never having a problem with that location. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess he got zofran and morphine. As he likely here as previous hospital visits has diverticulitis and knowingly shouldn't be eating food like this. All their sides have cajun spices and possibly his chicken depending on his order.
