I’ve bought this model used. I’ve to try install this today and unfortunately seat is to close with wheel. What I can do to use this seat? I have frame 21” and wheels 29”.

is the fastening clip on highest possible place on pipe on frame that goes down from seat to crank? wonder if it is if you can fasten it on the seatpipe
