The civil flag would make more sense for this video, black-gold was only the flag of the Austrian part of the Empire when this shows the entirety of Austria-Hungary. I don't get all this soy rage over the civil flag.
@@MsPaintMr That argument has no basis when considering the empire during that time period. Why would a single civil flag represent the union of Austria and Hungary? In my eyes this has the same problem with the Confederate Battle Banner. It is wrong to judge this union through modern lenses. The black-yellow flag of the Hapsburgs represented the Austrian half, which has the closest association with the Emperor. Therefore, the flag representing the Danubian Union should represent the Emperor, which the black-yellow flag functions well at.
