At first, the defense updates worried me because the monolith and defensive spell factory looked crazy OP, but I'm loving what they're doing to balance it all. This is gonna be fun

What will make the spell traps powerful is to make them like traps. i.e. You don't know what spell it is, you just know a spell will be there. This update is still skewed towards offence. Many powerful ways to casual wreck bases. E titanas for instance. Passive aoe dmg. recall spell esentially makes th bomb even more pointless. Making warden ability even more ridiculous with 9 sec invulnerability. You can't counter invulnerability.

Imagine queen walk with recall spell. When your queen health is low, just recall her and the healer and put them in a area with little defenses to bring her health to full.
Wow this spell is incredible and super unique. I'm excited for this. Imagine having a few slow electro dragons with 20 seconds on the clock, but having to go across the map to get the last couple buildings when things didn't go as planned 🤣 no time out haha
I think the recall spell will be best used in invisibility based blimp attacks like blizzard since you can recall the cc after they finished their job. Very hyped to see the spell in game!

The recall spell can be really useful in Sui lalo as when the heroes are finished with the major targeting defences, they can be recalled and being finally used in the climax since Sui lalo is the most difficult strategy.
The moment I saw what recall spell can do, I immediately thought about the Queen and the wild balloons(the loons that just fly but can't drop bombs when using LaLo attack)

i think it is verry cool how this update they are adding characters that dig underground as supposed to being a normal ground troop or an air troop, maybe in the future there will be enough underground troops to warrant the need for an underground defense

The recall spell will be very useful for stoping the Queen going wall-breaker mode ,when she starts aiming at wall recall her then deploy on other side where you want her to be.
I can think of the recalling spell for lavaloon when they destroy town hall and you don't have a warden ability so u can save them from popping, or when u trigger multiple airbombs so u recall your troops before the air mines reach them.

Another cool use for the recall spell could be in a lalo if your loons are about to hit a poison/multi/red bombs you recall them and use them somewhere else. Especially if you just usedthe warden ability then they can tank for your other loons
I thought at first that you could drop the recall spell in the base at first, but you can’t, because it would would have been op. I could use this only for when my dumb troops would walk the other way then what they should be walking in, but I think Il would use it better like for example for the Townhalls bomb when it gets destroyed so that if you used your Warden ability you could instead use this to save some of them and maybe try to attack the other side who knows.
I'm very excited to see how pro players will use this new troops, new machine, new spell and new pets, also I want to see how base builders will use the new buildings! Nice updated!

Using that recall potion on super minions after they have done there job after being dropped by the blimp, would be insane. You can redeploy them when doing a lalloon. INSANE!

The recall spell is op, if you have no time left to reach the other building to the other side, just recall them then drop them to the other side so you can 3 star a base easily with a much little time left.

Recall spell is gonna help me alot bc i used to take down town hall with queen walk but after she destroyes the town she also dies or gets slowed down by the poison so now i can redeploy her somewhere else once she destroys the town, 2nd use of this spell is that we can use kimg to make funnel on one side and once he's done we can redeploy him on the other side so we can make a funnel with 1 hero only
If you notice the triangle on the hand at the barrack it is the same with the new design of the spells that are in the official coc trailer for spell towers
you can use your queen to funnel troops inside the base taking down a compartment and then using the recall spell to re-deploy the queen on the other side compartment

i know the best use of recall spell now; you could first do a grand warden walk for funelling and when it joins the main army you could use the spell on healers to do a queen walk. which is going to give way more value with the healers.

It is like the goblin drill in clash royale but it attacks itself unlike the goblin drill, it will do a bit of damage, then spawn some goblins.
The drill seams to destroy bases with dead space which will be an interesting shift in the meta

You forgot to mention that the recall spell keeps the hp of the troops as well. So if you recall very low hp troops. They will spawn with the same hp.
