Cardinal on a Birdhouse Painted Rock | Step-by-Step Tutorial

It's been a little snowy near me, so I figured I would do a few more snowy rocks for you guys. This one features a cardinal on a birdhouse during a little snow flurry. This design is Pinterest inspired. Enjoy!

Supplies List:
Various colors of matte Apple Barrel acrylic paint (which you can find at nearly any store that sells crafting supplies)
Nail art dotting tools
Acrylic paint pen (black Uni-Posca 1-1.7mm pen, purchased online and in craft stores)
