What a car the Metro 6R4 is, bloody marvellous.
I guess the times might be smashed nowadays but the style certainly isn’t ..what a car .
It's incredible to think now that spectators could get that close to fast - moving rally cars.

Great car and a fair driver, Tony played safe and never seemed as if he needed to be ragged or on the edge, fairly easy wins it seems.
More than a fair driver, he was extraordinarily good. Neat and tidy, but as fast as anyone.
