Hydraulic RAM Pump.
Details of the results of the Hydraulic Pump Construction are:
RAM pipe ieteuga: 2 units of 4 inch double valve with 6 inch tube AW PVC pipe
Input Pipe Length: 60 meters PVC AW 4 inches
Out Pipe Length: 320 meters HDPE 1 inch
Height between the pump and the reservoir: 53 vertical meters
Water discharge: 65 liters/minute

The location of the Hydram pump is 7 km from Jalan Negara, located in the Seulawah Valley, Aceh Besar Regency. Deep in the jungle there is a spring that never dries up, this is what the community and the Manunggal TNI-AD used to build a water pump.
Its purpose is to lift water from the bottom of the hill to the reservoir and then distribute it to the community.
The slope level between the pump and the filter tank reaches 5 meters, this is very necessary when building a hydram pump. After the TNI-AD Single Water Hydraulic Pump worked well, there was a shortage of water flow.
At the encouragement of the community together with Dandim 0101 through Danramil Lembah Seulawah asked the Ieteuga Team (traditional channel) to increase the number of pump units at that location.

Man, that thing makes one heck of a "THUD" when the waste valves close. With those big pipes, you are going to move a LOT of water uphill. What kind of pressures does it run when operating at full capacity? And also, how much water does it move up the hill and how far would it push the water up?
With that much water, a small hydro generator could produce 3Kw of power.

Use what you got… but I think you are going to have to upgrade that pressure tank in the near future. That’s a lot of pressure on PVC.

kurang masuk akal . bagai mana cara kerjanya air itu jadi bisa menggerakkan pompaitu . sedangkan air mengalir terus dan mendorong pompanya ke atas . lalu apa yg menekan nya ke bawah .
jadi begitu tuas pompa bergerak ke atas klep tertutup...selanjutnya air naik ke dalam tabung melalui klep hantar, jadi karena klep pompa ada pemberat, klep buang itu jatuh sendiri kerena kosong air.. begitu seterusnya

Belajar fisika gaya grafitasi bos. Itu pompa ada klep dan dibujung atas klep ada pemberat. Ketika air sudah cukup tekanan akan mendorong klep naik. Dan sudah smpai atas klep akan turun lg karna daya tekan air dr bak penmpung melemah. Dan akan mendoron klep ke atas lg jika tekanan sudah mencukupi mengankap beban di ujung klep. Begitu seterusnya.
