In the comments they said they’re not showing the winners because they want to focus on appreciating the beatboxing over the competitive side. Seems a bit odd to me, if they just want to appreciate beatboxing they could’ve had a beatbox festival with only showcases instead of battles. But since they had battles they should show the winner. 🤷♂️
Interesting. I think it would benefit the viewers to show the winner at the end to avoid confusion. I understand their reasoning but, like you said, it is a competition.
Yo, Thanks for the reaction! For this battle, i actually decided to not use my technically and musically best rounds. I instead decided to use the rounds i was most comfortable in performing. I knew Footbox was gonna go and win the competition, and i knew i wouldnt stand a chance, if he actually wanted to win. So instead i wanted to perform rounds that would make a good show for people! Something i would like to say, unfortunately the sound on these videoes does not show exactly what happend. Both me and Footbox put a lot of effort into sound design, and i also put a lot of energi into being powerfull live. And this sound doesnt do Footbox or me justice for sounddesign and you cant hear the power difference there was at all. Im very cocky on stage, but unfortunately this video does not show the moments of respect up to the battle. Me and Footbox had a long talk and a good hug out of respect. - S

I enjoyed your rounds a lot. I didn;t watch the solo livestream but the audio was much better for the loopstation eliminations. Wonder what happened.
