In 2024, Huadu Group provided Emerson with a customized smart material mobile storage solution. The project is located in the production plant in Daxing District, Beijing.
Operators can use HID cards and passwords to unlock the racks.
For the design of the mobile shelves, we made customized improvements based on the conventional compact racks of Huadu and combined with the characteristics of Emerson's material storage, making it more convenient for users to access.
Huadu also customized a smart material management system, and launched special features such as material storage management, material image retrieval, production line process retrieval, material inventory, barcode printing, material extension management, and production OA system docking, taking full account of customer usage habits.
In the future, Huadu will continue to invest in research and development in the smart mobile storage industry and launch more and better smart mobile storage solutions.
