Horse soldier bourbon for me was not good. These were put on sale at my local. I’ll be picking them up soon and I’m hoping I get the same tasting notes.

Sipping a Saga DO, watching your review, great nosing and tasting notes, spot on with the alternatives, havent gotten to the WRDO yet as cant justify the price in these parts, but one of these days certainly. Havent cracked open the CS yet, stoping here at 14:00 for now, no spoilers lol !

Oh my gosh,...where do I start. I'm a relative nube still and the rye in this tastes like stale beer to me. It's a learning process. I so wanted it to be good. It smells great but something in it, maybe the Rye, is not for my taste. It's a learning process. @@dramsondeck985

I'm sipping woodford double oaked now. Just got a bottle of Sagamore double oaked. Haven't opened it yet. Wanted to see what you thought of it.
