I love that Paul touched on the mental aspect of the game and how he got help. I remember having devastating injuries that completely changed me and I wish I saw a sports psychiatrist to help me get back to where I once was with hockey. Great Video.
suffered my first big injury my senior year of football, Half my season gone like that over a bit i’ve received 100+ times. The mental depression set in and destroyed me. My coach offered me to come back and held coach the DBs. That’s all i needed. Missing the game is what destroyed ke
Paul, this is one of the best mindset shift videos I have seen. I am sharing it with the youth players I coach. Appreciate all you do to grow the game.
In January I was in the hospital for two weeks, I had a blood infection in my hip, a blood clot, holes in my lungs , and hiked in my stomach so my stomach filled with blood, no thirteen year old should ever have to go through that, then two weeks after I got out my nan lost her battle with cancer, lacrosse helped me through that, I slept with my stick I went into surgery with my stick, when I was in Kurt he’s the only time I would stand is to okay wall ball, around my birthday I got my pic line that was in my arm pulled out so I could start to be more active, and then we went for the cremation of my nan I was so overwhelmed I had to take a break to I put in my headphones and went out and peppered the walls, lacrosse has saved my life and for that I am forever great full.
hey, I am a 9th grader starting out in lax, everyone is doubting me, saying I can't do it. You have been inspirational! how do I become the best I can and prove my JV teammates wrong??
Wallball, work on footwork and off ball movement, stay after practice sometime to shoot on the goal or get your own to practice at home. Do LOTS of work over the summer and fall. Just keep working
Hi Paul I know it's off season I'm going to be in a couple lacrosse camp's this spring and I'm struggling trying to find a decent lacrosse stick I play hockey so I'm used to warrior is the a good brand
Did he say most of his Lizards teammates live in Manhattan? MLL salaries are not that high from what I understand. Unless all of them make a lot off of endorsements?
I know, but even with that being the case, I can't imagine their second jobs are enough to cover Manhattan costs. There might be a deal that the team has?
i have one of the greatest sticks on my entire team yet apparently speed is more important i see some kids on the A-team who have no skill whatsoever and just run past defenders because theyre fast so they dont think they need to dodge
Your number is from 3+ years ago and includes only players in the United States. Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. If you're still not impressed by him being a professional lacrosse player, he does plenty of other impressive things you should admire.

Only 750.000 people world-wide play lacrosse. So turning pro in lacrosse is not very impressive I'm sorry.
You have no clue what you're talking about
Your number is from 3+ years ago and includes only players in the United States. Lacrosse is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. If you're still not impressed by him being a professional lacrosse player, he does plenty of other impressive things you should admire.
