I was introduced to Cary Anne when she performed in Shovels and Rope in Austin in New Year’s Eve when they toured with Hayes Carl back around ‘08 maybe? She’s one of the best live performers I’ve ever seen!
She is the BEST!!!! We caught her years ago by accident. Been taking my kids to see her in Charleston ever since. Raw, soulfull, talent. (PS. My kids are not young. LOL!!!)
i seen cary ann when she open for gretchen wilson upstate illinois, and when she performed hells bell i was completely blown away and in love with her. a perfect song to a women scorned. oh yea and a great ending song to a good tru blood episode. peace.
Congrats on having this song at the end of True Blood, you just deserved yourself a lot of attention. I was instantly hooked on the song and am glad it took me just a minute to find it. Now if only there was a high quality download somewhere (preferably Spotify)
