Ive have some living in my pond in the UK, where the water temps even in summer can drop to the low teens. A "nature pond" with frogs and other wildlife, no filter or heater etc. Just a fountain and plants. They live entirely off algae and native bugs and grow just as quickly as the ones in my tropical tank. They are much hardier than people realise and not stricly tropical :)
I'm Sorry if i didn't pick it up in the video, but what did you feed those platys that were outside. Cause last summer in Portugal i bred outside Clown killies and some guppys , and this summer i wanna do it again but the place where i have the most space i can only feed it once a week. Thank you from Portugal
Do you not have any aireation on your ponds? I was wanting to setup more at my house just don't have access to power. I thought you had to have aireation to the tubs
I have a 6 sided tank i bought for $45 which is about 30 gallons or so im a new keeper and dont want to mess up my fish but its a tall tank with a stand (about 2ft high) any ideas?

+Pedro Parente I mostly only feed fry food to these ponds. Cause bugs fall in and feed the parents mostly. So crushed up flake food etc.

We don't ship outside of the USA, but yes we do sell most plants at our store.
