      Thank you so much. Basically I had my trek details in description. At least 4-5 days to complete trek from Kathmandu but it will be hectic. We can reach Tilicho basecamp in 2 days from Kathmandu under favorable conditions like weather and vehicle and of course one’s willingness but we are going to the mountains so need to be prepared.

    Super madam....new subscriber....but y don't u start your trek from khangsaar or chamee....?? I am asking... is there any missing views of mountains if we start trek from manang....
    Wt is was budget at that time... Suggest me madam...

      Hi, from Besisahar (Lamjung), we can get 4 wheelers up to khangsar. Personally I don’t feel good to start trek from khangsar and I suggest people not to start from khangsar as we are climbing mountains, body won’t be acclimatized. There might be risk. People do start trek from chame too but it will take extra days only. Personally, I suggest to start trek from Pisang, from upper pisang route, we can visit green lake.
      I don’t think so even if start trek from Manang, we won’t miss Mountain Views. There is a valley called ngawal which is surrounded by mountains.
      It took around Rs.20K per person from Kathmandu to Tilicho and vice versa for 6 days.

      @@karnatisaikumarreddy5154 I am sharing you what I know
      1. Absolutely yes. Majestic mountains/ landscapes and beautiful lakes. Journey will become more memorable than destination. Please see the best time/season for trekking.
      2. We can get Hiace(microbus) from Kathmandu buspark to Lamjung ( costs Nepali rupees 710-750). And from there, only four wheeler/ two wheeler can go upto khangsar. ( price for foreigners rs 5k to 6k for khangsar ). It’s better to start trek from pisang. Or else braka/ manang. From braka we can go ice lake.
      3. Do not have to worry about accommodations. Price details might vary. For normal launch (dal bhat, it was 650 at Manang and 750 at tilicho base camp at that time. It is what it is in menu).
      4. We can have porter and guide but I have no idea regarding their charge. Can check in the website.
      5. You can bring or buy in kathmandu ( Thamel Area) shoes, trekking poles, goggles are required.
      6. I have mentioned in above queries.
      7. It won’t take much if you travel in a group. It’s not good to spend recklessly. I know the route from Kathmandu to besishar. If we directly go from Besisahar to khangsar ( 5k to 6k for foreigners) it will be little bit less to manang valley and little bit less than manang for chame. But we need to trek more for this cause. Regarding fooding and lodging, it varies with the place.
      It will be amazing journey. Views are breathtaking. Please check the seasons for trekking. As tilicho lies on 4919 m from sea level, acclimatization is necessary for health. There shouldn’t be rush is trekking. Please take guide. In website there might be package regarding route, guide, porter and all. Thank you so much 😊. Love from Nepal

    Samita, i am planing to Tilicho here from Siliguri india on bike and planing to hike from khangsar. So which month is the best for it?

    • @samitaneupane
      @samitaneupane  ปีที่แล้ว

      Most people will go trekking from month March to May and September to November as it is considered beast seasons. But one can do trekking from March to November. In rainy season like June to August, road could be muddy and landscapes may disturbed by fogs. In the upper regions there will not be rainfall.
