I have lived in Dumaguete for 5 years and yet to find a decent restaurant.The best are hit or miss not reliable. I have tried so many for visiting friends and my family but no luck yet.One of my worst experiences was at Sans Rival a broccoli soup loaded with sugar. Went back 2 years later and ordered a chicken cacciatore a simple Italian dish that is so easy to cook but they left out 14 ingredients so told the waiter tell the cook to look it up on the internet it is that easy. I got 5 small chicken pieces on spirali pasta with some watery tomato sauce on it I was disgusted.
