Great cover! Same excellent use of cavernous reverb as the original. Really good track matt.

Oh my love this cover. Am I the only one who finds his voice comforting?

I love the Concrete Blonde original version. The guitars and drums are simple yet spectacular. Most covers are of the live acoustic version which is ok but I've been looking for other electric takes on this song. Thanks for doing a great electric cover and doing it well.

thank you very much! i wanted to keep the CB arrangement intact while putting my own stamp on it; great songs can be interpreted in a myriad of ways and i only hope i did it justice on some level :)

thanks for your comment. i based my cover off of the Concrete Blonde version, that's why it's referenced in the title.

@@barryismygod i first heard it in the 90s when i listened to the entire "Bloodletting" album, and a few years ago decided to make my own 'doom metal' version of it for fun. it's got a simple song structure and is easy to play, but is very complex emotionally; i tried to give my own spin on it.
