Regarding the resolution, I discovered that there are three: high. medium, and low. Is the "medium" acceptable quality. Please advise asap.

Hi! High resolution will give you the sharpest image, but depending on what the image or design is, medium quality may meet your standards. We highly recommend ordering samples to see how your products will come out.
Great video. I have been a photographer for decades. I have a variety of original wild animal, butterflies, and floral photos sitting on my computer. Can I upload them for this process?

Question For Printfy: Should I lower the resolution for the canvas mockups? I'm trying to sell canvas prints and I don't know what to do.
Hi there! Stick with higher quality always. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality.
Hi, Printify!. I'm having trouble uploading my image files for canvas. My 2:3 and 3:2 files are sized at 24x36 / 36x24 inches. The resulting jpg file is just over 50MB, which I understand it a hard limit. Can you please recommend the best way to reduce file size, while preserving quality? The files are in CMYK color space, so converting to .png isn't an option (as far as I know). Would you suggest lowering the resolution? Currently they are 300ppi.

Did you design for a specific size canvas then just add the other sizes? If you design for the largest size, then add other sizes, does the provider just scale down for the others?
You can design different variations of the same item, all at the same in our product creator. Before you list, you can choose whether to add them to one listing or to sell each separately

A question. You know how you're showing us the UI with the dotted lines showing the folded edges? Once you bring in your art on that screen, note how nice and dark your blacks are in the lion artwork. At 1:15, you show preview mode ... note how the dark blacks get lighter immediately. This is the issue I'm having with my original art. My dark, 100% black end up looking like 85% black in the thumbnail previews ... and I since it doesn't look as nice, I'm worried it's going to turn off customers. I've tried going even darker in my blackest areas (100% in all colors) ... but I'm still getting the same result. Any advice?
Hi! We understand what you're saying. Keep in mind that what you see on your screen will print differently since physical products can't be replicated exactly as on screen when it comes to color. It could be that your seeing the preview in CMYK mode which will be a more accurate representation of the final printed product. We suggest ordering a sample with various colors of blacks to see which will meet your expectations best. For example, you could order one canvas with a grid of 10 different blacks to better compare the tones.

I've contacted you recently. This video has had such a positive impact on me. As I opened the folders of photos in my computer, coupled with your information, I feel like I've discovered a gold mine.
I have been using the Printify tool to mount my photos. The process is quite doable and I'm impressed. As a Newbie, I want advise on how to draw traffic. I'm connected with Shopify and I haven't published my Shopify or Printify store yet. I'm also thinking strongly about connecting to Etsy to promote my work.
Am I on the right track, or do you have any more recommendations that will help me to reach potential buyers.

Hi! We're happy you've made this discovery! 😃 You're definitely on the right track! Shopify and Etsy are both great platforms to sell, but are quite different. Etsy is a marketplace, meaning you won't need to drive as much traffic on your own, whereas Shopify, you'll need to get buyers to your store. Shopify could be a great place to start if you already have buyers. If you're just starting out, Etsy may be a bit more beginner friendly when it comes to getting traffic. Hi! This depends on where you plan on selling or where your main audience is located. For example, if most of your target market is located in the US, we recommend selecting a US based provider to save on shipping costs.

I didn't know this and selected the USA and the other countries on the list. Currently, my products are not published. How do I go back and specify the USA only as you recommended? I tried to make this adjustment but I don't see a setting that allows me to do this. Please provide instructions.

Can you create wall art galleries in printify with difffrent images?
Hi there! We're not sure what you mean by galleries, but if you're speaking of mockups, then unfortunately no, if you want to create a mockup with multiple products you will have to edit that together separately.
How to get higher resolution for bigger canvas'? It seems I can only get to 4000x4000 without spending a ton of money

If you’re creating a design from scratch, we recommend creating vector format files that are much more flexible in terms of resolution and scaling.
However, if you’re creating raster format files (JPEG/PNG), it’s always best to create a high-resolution version in a large size, which can be scaled down if necessary. The same can’t be done when scaling up a small-sized JPEG/PNG file - the file quality will suffer.

Unfortunately, we are only able to publish products using the imperial system for now. However the product page in our catalog should have a sizing table in both formats. Or, if you'd like your listing to be in metric, you can edit the variant directly on your sales channel, like Etsy.
what if i want my whole design to fit in the whole canva without cutting anything?
Hi! You can see the exact print area dimensions in the product creator to ensure nothing gets cut off.

You can sell your products through marketplaces like Etsy, by creating your own store on Shopify, or even quickly create a store page through Printify Pop-Up and share your link to start selling right away.
