I have a question? I use long hooks and I buy usually two of everything, so How did you put the second earring on your board with out putting a whole in the bag? I need a suggestion for that. I was so bad at organizing at 1st now I’m trying it’s overwhelming.

So how do you know what pieces to pull when somebody orders. If somebody orders a red necklace, you go through all the reds? Isn't that a lot of work? Why wouldn't you go by name or sku
