Hey Julian, understand that you want to mount the TV on the wall next to the door... the wall looks like Gypsum Board which mounting of TV requires extra "enhancement" to the Gypsum Board if not your TV will collapse.. you might wanna check with the contractor before deciding to buy a TV and mount (as there might have weight limit even with the enhancement). just my 2 cent of advise :)
