The roller shutter door/window hood cover box consist of two parts, that is upper cover and lower cover. Each part is made by one individual roll forming line.
This roll forming line is automatically uncoiling the steel sheet, roll forming, and cutting to length according to the data set in the control desk. The line adopts stepless adjustment in order to make the hood cover box with different width from 150mm to 305mm. The adjustment is driven by motor.
