میں نے ویڈیو کو غور سے دیکھا بھی اور سنا بھی۔ bulging as you explained is a good thing but necking is bad but یہ کیوں ہوتی ہے ۔ فارن آبجیکٹ اگر گر بھی جائے تو یہ کنکریٹ کی سطح کے اوپر ہی رہتی ہے اس کی وجہ سے nicking نہیں ہوتی۔ دراصل پائل کنکریٹ پورنگ میں ٹرمی پائپ کا رول ہوتا ہے جیسے ہی پائل کی کنکریٹ شروع ہوتی وہ ٹرمی پائپ کی وجہ سے نچلی تہہ تک پہنچ جاتی ہے اور تمام objectionable substances like slush, dirty water and mud وغیرہ کنکریٹ کی سطح کے اوپر ساتھ ساتھ آنا شروع ہو جاتی ہیں اس دوران اگر اوپر سے کوئی چیز گر بھی جائے تو وہ بھی آخر میں ساتھ نکل جاتی ہے۔ ٹرمی پائپ ایک دفعہ کنکریٹ سے نکل جائے تو وہ slush, dirty water and mud پائپ کے اندر چلی جاتی ہیں جب دوبارہ اوپر سے کنکریٹ ڈالی جاتی ہے تو یہ اشیاء پائل کنکریٹ میں ہی دب جاتی ہیں جس کی وجہ سے concrete continuity ختم ہوجاتی ہے اور یہ objectionable substances سریئے یعنی reinforcement کو کور کر لیتی ہیں وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ reinforcement become rusted and the concrete also left his place and thus it cause failure of pile. To konw this uncontinuity , the pile integrity test is being performed .
