@@mrviphd7307 well from a business standpoint, riot shouldn't care about the top 10% of players, because its the minority, they care about the 90% of low elo fucks because thats how they make money, and then twice in a year they make their pro play for MSI/Worlds atleast a bit more balanced so people can watch that shit, from a player perspective that doesn't make sense, but after all they are just chasing the money like any other game dev.
Watching yamato videos truly puts in perspective how bad this game has actually become... Such low skill expression from "high" elo players now - it is all about just building OP items and pressing point click buttons to win mid lane and gg.

I think it’s really bad for player satisfaction with the game, that Riot keeps buffing unskilled gameplay/items/champions.

as funny as these videos are, yamato is actually speaking the truth, bruisers (and their items) have been OP for pretty much the entire season, and Riot REFUSES to do anything about it, but the moment any other item overperforms after a change the item is either instantly hotfixed within 6 hours, or in the next patch, If riot doesnt execute the mythic removal well, the game is officially ruined.

Bruisers with these items is how strong all melee champions SHOULD be. Even with stuff like Hullbreaker, it's still easy for a lot of fighters to be kited by the absolute fucking tumor that is the backline. It's just that Lethality and bursty AD champions have been utterly unplayable dogshit, so even fighters can just build their normal stuff and stomp any assassin down 5k gold.

Still relevant, first strike is still good but mostly for a lane you can’t kill or a lane where you can overkill can take conq as well for tankier teams

Also I've never anyone heard saying that Goredrinker and Stridebreaker are overperforming. If anything everyone agreed that both items are in a weird spot where they dont do anything (and its still somewhat true), you neither deal damage, neither heal or outrun anyone and you are not really tanky until you get like 2 additional items which is why everyone stopped building those items. It didnt provide any powerspike at the point of purchase unlike OP assassin items which is why almost every bruiser purchased those.

now if u need to 'create' a game where one team has higher probability to win to make ur loosers/winners queue work its much easier when u have unbalanced elements (champions, items, roles, etc.) in ur game. u just put the guys who abuse those in one team.
Yeah bruisers are cancer broken. They always are. 0 CD tanky and high damage. Also have all the mobility of an assassin. So why play an assassin when u can just play a bruiser? Funny game. That being said im a mage cuck so i dont like bruisers or assassins. But for sure bruisers are more broken than assassins
